I think people are simply frustrated with how keep selecting the wrong players for the wrong formats.

These two are perfectly good options for Test cricket and more than happy for them to be given a long run as Test openers.

Gosh, even as an Indian fan, it's frustrating to watch Pak batsmen play so many dot balls. Tuned in to watch the opening powerplay overs, saw Sharjeel hit a couple of boundaries and get dismissed. Then saw Sami and Azhar watchfully see off the new ball in the morning session without losing any further wickets. Tuned out.

Hit a couple of lofted shots over the infield in the powerplay, the ball is doing nothing. Or atleast take singles and doubles and keep the scoreboard ticking.

Speed, power, atheletism is something we have been avoiding in cricket for long time. Now it is hitting in every department not just batting, you need stronger bowlers too, 130-135K trundlers are not going to cut it either...England realize it after Epic phanti in Ashes followed by WC2015 disaster...
