Now just past Haddin. Nothing much going right for Aus atm. That was a shocker of a decision.

Dar is terrible these days lol. Match was gone anyway but Dar's blindness is not helping. :bucknor

Is it me or is Dar giving these shockers in favour of England only?He gave a few shockers in the India v England series. Was then pretty good in the other series i watched was good in the CT also.Is there some peer pressure on him?

According to :nasser it takes courage to nick the heck out of the ball but still stand there like nothing happened. :35:

cricinfo really going after Dar:

You could say that is one back for England after yesterday but that really was a stinking decision by Dar, can't believe he hasn't seen such a clear edge...

Can't blame Bambi for not walking. He's still a cheating whinging sook though. And Dar that was an absolute Barry.

Broad's reaction was superb. Even better than when Faf Du Plessis gloved one against NZ last year.

Time for Dar to be put out to pasture I think. Lets have Asad Rauf instead! Oh wait...

Nasser's bitterness from a wasted career is tangible

Bambi is going to get a ton now. I can feel it in my water

The aussies never walk! Unless they run out of petrol. Why should we?

Fair enough no arguments there. Ump is the one to blame. Aus also wasted a review so I guess they are partly to blame as well. Maybe another couple of unsucessful reviews should be allowed (ie 4 per innings instead of 2). After all it should be about minimising umpire errors as much as possible. Not to see how well a team uses them. If a team somehow wastes all 4 available reviews then that's their own fault for going after minor things.

Everyone's having a go at Aleem Dar in Twitter

I am just glad it was Broad in that position. He is unlikable anyways so it is not hard to cast him as the bad guy.

Hahha
All the Australian forums want Patto to start sending batsmen to hospital

Twatson has been worse than useless this match. He better score a ton in the 2nd innings.

Yea I reckon he should try to start injuring them or something. Legally of course

agar has saved this test match from being a really, really bad game for cricket.

unfortunately if aus lose this they probably won't win a match all series.

So which of you did this?

Nasser's bitterness from a wasted career is tangible

Harsh!

Old Nass had a good career. Really good skipper. He was our AB in that regard (though not with the bat). England were a shambles in 1999, worst in the world but he turned then round and a year later beat WI for the first time in 26 years.

Also he got a 200 against McWarne which took some doing.

I think Eng are pretty safe here, any wicket in the world chasing 250 batting 4th becomes so so difficult, let alone this uneven, rough wicket. It's going to have to take a ton or two to chase this.

warne laying into dar on twitter.....

wouldn't it be great if technology could somehow give a batsman out almost instantly? why can't the 3rd umpire just inform the umpire on field as soon as he has watched a replay? why not?! They are both at the same cricket game for crying out loud! this could be used for inside edges on lbws toos. all review stuff seems a bit pointless. and maybe don't bother with hawkeye on lbws and just leave it up to the umpires(aside from the inside edge). maybe one day. the system is too slow at the moment and is too much of a fuss.

Great fight back by Eng what a knock by Bell under pressure. Aus still not completely out of it but you would have to say their chance of winning this one ain't looking good. This partnership has taken the Test away from Aus.

Australia are completely out of it unless the entire English attack ends up in hospital.

Broad always turns into a Malcom Marshall with the ball each time he puts in a good shift with the bat. A confidence thing apparently. Expect a 6 for from Broady tomorrow

LOL :)) Clarke and Rogers to score tons, Watto a customary 50, and Sir Cowan to hit the winning runs. Bookmark it!

As things stand, if England were to score no more runs, Australia would have to get the 2nd highest run chase at this ground.

Hello. I am optimistic usually.

England are so very much better than in the dark days of the late eighties and nineties.

I think I've made it known that I love the bowlers, and that I always support our bowling, but watching them fail with Agar was infuriating to me. I dunno if I can trust Broad and Finn not to let them get away with it.

Swann and Anderson will always be consistent, but you never know what you'll get with the other two.

Also, most of the teams I support are often well hyped, but mess up when it counts, and always have.
