Ok so. IMO XI for Sunday should be:

Jamshed
Shehzad
U Akmal
Misbah
Sohail
Hafeez
Rizwan (wk)
Riaz
Ajmal
Junaid
Irfan

What you guys say..?

Afridi is a type of player who should be in playing XI otherwise shouldnt be in squad :p

Sad to see such a pathetic batting display from our boys. The playing XI was completely messed up. Credit to Shehzad for even getting us this far.

If we get 230+, we will win this match. But batting still remains a worry.

Misbah is an old guy who has no clue how to use his batsmen, he doesnt know which players to play in the XI. Where is haris sohail?

so the batting order today so far is:

1. Nasir Jamshed (19 runs, ? balls)
2. Ahmed Shehzad (68 runs, 79 balls)
3. Mohammad Hafeez (11 runs, ? balls)
4. Misbah-ul-Haq (22 runs, ? balls)
5. Asad Shafiq (22 runs, ? balls)
6. Umar Akmal (9 runs, ? balls)
7. Shahid Afridi
8. Wahab Riaz

PAK 206/6 off 45 overs Afridi 29* Riaz 15* Afridi chips and hits Joseph over wide long off for 6

PAK 206/6 off 45 overs Afridi 29* Riaz 15* Afridi chips and hits Joseph over wide long off for 6

PAK 206/6 off 45 overs Afridi 29* Riaz 15* Afridi chips and hits Joseph over wide long off for 6

Hafeez is a senior player he must accept the fact that he cont score big consistently so he should come at 5 or 6 and misbah please atleast give a chance to :haris

afridi proving the point ... hes better then other so called batsmen :p

now of afridi can replicate this in matches then we will be fine with lower order hitting.

WICKET! Afridi is caught by Wintz at long off, off Permaul for 31 PAK 209/7 off 45.4 overs

Afridi's score in real match will always be in low 20's. why do we consider this an achievement. Lol we r bragging about his batting? Lol. Sad and pathetic mentality when we consider a player a legend when he averages in low 20 and takes a wicket every 40 or more runs. Now i know why our cricket is like our economy.

as ireland series was indication of wht will pak batsmen perform in CT
this match is indication of wht pak batting line up will do in official matches

My team would be:

Shahzad, Jamshed, Misbah, Umar, Haris, Hafeez, Rizwan, Wahab, Ajmal, Junaid & Irfan

why does everyone on pp want to play 3 quickies?? its caribbean, not england.

why not sacrifice a pacer n wicket keeper for the sake of strengthening our pathetic batting lineup?

1) Ahmad

2) Nasir

3) Hafeez

4) Umar Amin

5) Misbah (c)

6) Haris

7) Umar Akmal (w.k)

8) Afridi

9) Ajmal

10) Junaid

11) Irfan

A shortened tail and a decent bowling attack with 2 pacers, 3 good spinners and ahmad's leggies, if needed.

Nothing has changed. It seems like most of the mistakes are repeated.
Misbah's defensive captaincy. Asad shafiq's inclusion when clearly he is not an ODI player. Hafeez playing in top 3 when he should be playing at #5 or #6.
This team and our captain will never learn unfortunately.

True that :( hafeez is such a selfish guy and misbah is a defensive captain

Riaz gone... why was rizwan sent at number 9... he should ahve been sent before afridi so that he could have had batsmen to bat with.

Guys remember that rule for warm up matches in CT? That all 15 players will play in the warm up match? So this means Sohail will get a chance to play today!

Mohammad Rizwan sent in at #9 & Umar Amin at #10. This is madness
