India has a game each in Chennai and Lucknow (similar conditions to Chennai), Pakistan and NZ play twice in Chennai, Australia later face Sri Lanka in Lucknow, SA once each in Chennai/Lucknow etc. Then I was looking at Dharamsala, Kolkata, the pace friendly venues, again all teams play twice there. Bengaluru and Mumbai being the high scoring venues, Hyderabad/Delhi (yesterday's game was a statistical outlier)/Pune similar, somewhat more even when it comes to bat/ball balance.
So all teams get a good balance of pitches, in terms of spin friendly, pace friendly, batting paradise, two paced wicket, high scoring, low scoring, medium scoring etc. Thorough test for all in the group stage in a variety of conditions. Don't know if this schedule was by design or an accident, but I really like the distribution of venues for all teams. India has a diverse variety of pitches and all teams will have to prove themselves in all these different conditions to get into knockouts. Evenly spread.
