I would be brutally honest with you, I don't think IK will win a single seat in Sindh because people are regionally biased in Pakistan, they would never vote for someone outside of their province or even city, just like Punjab will never vote for MQM, or Sindh will never vote for PMLN. It's a bitter truth.

Punjab and KPK have in past voted for PPP and showed that they don't stick to one party. The problem is karachi where it used to religious parties and now its just MQM. We will have to see what happens in next election.
