Ashish Nehra's final game for India. Can he get a winning farewell? New Zealand win the toss and bowl first. Shreyas Iyer debuts for India

Boult is excellent limited over bowler and very good test bowler.

Good first over by Santner.

Kiwis have a lovely kit, probably the best looking in the World.

Boult ruining the good start Santner gave.

Santner drops Dhawan, he dropped Kohli also in ODIs

Both openers given a life.

Need to get it together or India could pile on a huge total.

With all their good groundfielding they are dropping easy catches.

If India wins Pak go to number one ranking

ROHIT is not a T20 material. Takes too long to get into the groove. Miss Sehwag kind of openers in our current T20 setup.

BCCI needs to show some professionalism.

Those guys driving the little super sopper look like random auto rickshaw drivers on the streets. Where are the jackets and professional clothing?

It looks like BCCI pays the low end workers peanuts for their services. Only officials and Cricketers get paid well.

Rohit is a perfect ODI player. In T20's, he needs to play his customary 25 balls before he gets into his groove. The guy cannot hit from the get go.

Kiwi players trying hard to make this match memorable for Nehra ji.

This is a 200 pitch.

At this pace, India will score about 160-170. 30 runs short.

Rohit might end up getting a 100 in 60 balls. But Rohit should not be part of this T20 team. At any stage 25 of 28 balls is not acceptable.

Rahul needs to play instead of Rohit.

Poor batting from Rohit but I dont think he always plays like this in t20s.

Does he always takes 25 balls to get going or is he not looking in good rythm today only?

Exactly! I don't mind testing Pant in that spot too. Should persist with Rahul atleast. Rohit must just stick to ODIs. That tripati guy was impressive in the last Ipl. What's your take on out revamp for openers and middle order?

Really good to see this; when you drop good players they punish you severly.

India have had assistance from NZ dropping catches..

So as per some if India go onto win this will be fluke win? :srt

Maybe NZ need to over-step on a dismissal to really drive home the fluke-ness of Indian victory

Rohit finally gets going. Took a good 5 or 6 overs to get his eye in. The problem is had he gotten out aright before getting into his groove, his innings of 28(28) would look pathetic.

This Grandhomme guy really look disinterested.

boult economy in t20 is 8 with 20 wickets in 15 matches.lolz and we call him better loi bowler than hassan.

Wowww Kohli is champ in these situations

hahhaha both are not tested ....but some pakistani on pp will say pandya>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>fahim and afridi.lolz.

Pandya did build his reputation as a big hitter. He did have a 3 or 4 big innings against Lankans and Aussies. Especially Aussies.

Whenever you hit big against Aussies, world takes note of it.

Was the 3rd umpire watching a completely different replay to what everyone else was witnessed?

What a pathetic decision that was. Good thing NZ reviewed it :))

yes i know he is a good hitter but some of our posters overdoes it,,,,,,,,he is a brilliant prospect ..

Lols it is so unfair to see these oldies playing for India. Should go for young guns. What on earth is Dhoni doing here?

202/3 very competitive score, india heavily favourite here, i'd be surprised if they lose from here.

He is a good swing bowler, but once the ball stops swinging he is rubbish.

same is the case with amir but he find ways to succed in odi,,boult to me is way behind aamir and hassan in LOI and better in tests.

The key in shorter formats and especially in T20s is to be economical if you don’t get wickets.

but he is not economical either, but to be a spearhead and worldclass the wicket column should swell up.
