nothing comes close to test cricket. test cricket is ultimate. winning or even drawing an away series is greater than winning any icc event. being ranked number 1 in tests is the ultimate prize.

India should have won the lord's test as well first test but dropped catches in 1st test and Poor batting in lord's test cost the match.

India still can lose this test but our performance is satisfactory in away tour since last 1 years.

Indian bowlers should learn to bowl disciplined line and length with new ball (to openers). That has been one of the issue in this series... Lots of runs being given to openers and they are flying away with the game, and that has made difference in the end...
 
This has been one of the weakest English teams in a long time. The cherry on the top is 10 men vs 11. The Indian test team record has been abysmal lately. The entire series has been played on not so English pitches under not so Eng conditions. This is finally an even contest under a picture perfect English environment.
 
Brooks needs to play a solo blinder here, time and tide with India at the moment. Rookie bowlers need to toil hard now.

They haven't been embarrassing with their play, some of their conduct can be considered embarrassing and your posts were embarrassing but on field they fought well :kp

Indian Test side is just so dominant at home even in recent away Test tours, they had been a formidable and tough side to defeat. Also another amazing achievement by Indian team has been their feat of winning a series against Australia in Australia.

But bearing in mind the resurgence of Aussie dominance of old, I believe they will defeat the team India comfortably in a bilateral Test series in Australia, no matter how good the squad of India may be then.

So do you agree with above proposition or not? Share your thoughts below.
