I just watched a couple of overs of the match and it was painful to see going at 3 runs and over, can just imagine how awful it must have been to see Pakistan 20+ after 10 overs.

There’s too much confidence in these players in their ability and that of batters to come. They know if they can keep wickets in hand they can correct the run rate later on. This is sign of a team that’s not afraid.

I would rather defend 250 today than get bowled out for 150

I know but this NZ attack and Santner's captaincy is very different to previous NZ sides. They won't be easy to chase against.
