Massive win. Sehwag indulged, Gambhir enjoyed himself, and Yuvraj Singh dazzled the senses with a blistering attack to propel India to a match-winning total. Zaheer and Munaf pushed England on the back foot and the chase went nowhere. KP and Bopara hit fifties but it was too little and too late.

lol, he meant the commentator.

Yeah, it wasnt as worse as the commentator made u believe, but if the match referee was Bhajji's friend Chris Broad :D

India should win this series with a lot of ease! Englands top order looks Flimsy and englands bowling will struggle to contain Indias batting in these conditions. Bowling back of length and to short is asking for trouble in these conditions!

Top innings from Yuvraj, but a clueless performance from England. If England don't play better than this it's going to be a very long, very boring, very one-sided series.

But they can not accumulate the run rate quickly like India can and will; Can they be ready to chase the big target? Be my 'Guest and Guess'!

As my sixth sense has indeed proved me right!

Excellent performance by India and Yuvraj in particular. England look undercooked - just two one-dayers is simply not adequate practice time. England continue to miss Tres at the top of the order.

i don't t hink Yuvraj would have been able to bat that freely had he not arrived in such comfortable postion.

before giving some massive credit to Yuvraj, i would give Credit to Sehwag and Gambhir who really set the platform. 120 odd in 17 overs, thats hell of a score. and platform was easily set for Yuvi. some brilliant batting by Sehwag

This Indian team is playing with a lot of self belief. The key factor here is, they believe that they are going to win, they know they are going to win. The way they just go out there, play so aggressively and positively without a care in the world. They really hammered England today.

I think England bowlers will have to strategize a bit in India. It was good to see the likes of Harmison, Flintoff, Anderson, Broad hitting 90 mph but thats not the only thing they should be doing. They need to change the pace, be less predictable and use the bouncer sparingly and bowl to every batsman accordingly. There was no plan today.

England however have got to bat better then they have done. This was a flat track and there was no excuse for them to get out for 229 runs and to lose the wickets that they did in the end.

Is the honeymoon over for KP? Tall order to win the series from this point, only highs being the one match warm-up win and Freddie's century.

Awesome batting by India, did they mistake this for a 20/20!

sehwag and gambhir have been a revelation. they are playing as one team of their own. Gambhir looks almost a clone of hayden the way he bats.

Barring that walk down to bowlers, I see a lot of Langer in Ghambir....

yup , more like Langer ..plays very close to the body like langer used , only difference being GG is a lot more wristy !

Langer had no footwork and sucked on his legs. Couldnt play short stuff. GG is much more versatile than Langer.

Amongst Hayden and Gambhir, Gambhir is stronger square of wicket and hayden is strong playing straight. Their game against spin is totally different though.
