Kaneria almost got Ganguly out first ball too. I think he will strike again soon
 
Just shot the neighborhood cat and decimated a fluffy looking rabbit - apart from that I am not showing any signs of anger...
 
I Suppose India could collapse - may want to revise my gloom and doom forecast.

Tanveer must be thinking what has he done to Jaffer to deserve this punishment. Everytime he comes on he gets hit for multiple boundaries.

they gave akhtar the new ball to make sure he gets spanked and the ball is wasted....well it wouldn't matter bc its not like we have a bowler that can use the new ball tomorrow morning
 
kaneria please go back to paksitan...and leave cricket...please i beg you...stop bowling..work on your batting maybe...but bowling...please just stop
 
Kaneria is probably one of the worst fielder i have seen (including the kids who field in schools)
 
so what are bolwing attack like now?? yk gonna bowl with butt?..i think even the indians are starting to take pity on this pathetic excuse of a team..and i can understand how rameez feels!!
 
Like it or not - its only Kaneria Vs India right now - the rest have given up or are dreaming of shaking hands with Sharukh Khan!
 
We should've had 5 bowlers...when knowingly taking an injured Akhtar....

We still have hope ...but we some how must take wickets on a dead pitch, with no bowlers....well, maybe we have a very small hope...but hope nonetheless....I mean look how Ganguly can bowl our top batsmen out...

and Also Akhtar might get to do some wonderful things if he recovers by the 3rd/4th day....

I don't know how we will bowl them out for under 500...but if we do it will be ok....as long as we can bat like them.....

there probably looking to move to india and join the local league or something!!...or maybe star in some bollywood cinemas..personally they shouldnt be allowed back into pakistan..our under 19's would have had more passion!!...id line em up and give em 40 lashes each..then lock em up for a few days!!...idiots..
 
We used to have such a good record against the indians....whenever we become too friendly we lose our edge....We need aggressiveness back...

And That Aggressivness needs to start with the captain... YK and Malik are too friendly...and our aggressive guys are just not Captain material
 
Its only day 1 but feeling already is india will wrack up 500+ and pakistan are looking at a heavy defeat!
 
That has to be the worst performance by any pakistani side, there was no enthusiasm, no energy, absolutely nothing. iv been watchin cricket and following pakistani cricket since 92 and this has to rank amoung one of the worst performances by a pakistani side. it wasn't just the performance but i just felt as if they didn't want to be on a cricket pitch today!!!!!! am i right or wrong. performance is one thing but attitude is another

And my boss has just given me two reports to edit at 4.15pm......so much for going home early. I'm here for the long haul now :pissed: :pissed:

He always does this. He gives me a bundle of work to do when there is like an hour left in the day. NO reason why he couldn't have told me about this earlier. But he doesn't care because he goes home.
 
After a rather "hectic" day yesterday, I slept in and awoke to see Kaneria clouted for 2 boundaries in successive deliveries - I took one look at the scorecard and turned the tv off - that was enough for me.

Tough times as Pakistani fans these days.

thats an understatement..its even worse when you know whats wrong and can see the solutions to the problems!
 
pakistan are basically playing for pride now, anything below or at the 500 mark is success imo but they have to avoid a situation where indian are 650/7d or 700 etc.
 
Whatever India scores, Paksitan has to atleast score 400 in first innings. Ideally 550+ so bowlers get almost 2 days rest and match is basically a draw where on 5th day India will be batting and likes of Hameed, Butt, YK will bowl 15-20 overs
 
India should crush pakistan now.

India should not let this opportunity sleep and humiliate pakistan. SO when the next time these two teams meat up india have to upper hand.
 
The pitch is not unplayable minefield. Flat pitch. I don't see any signs of crumblnig at the moment. May be day 4 or 5. So Pakistan can still put up a good score in the first innings.
 
The match will be decided by the time the Pakistan first innings comes to and end (preferably by a declaration!). If we can either bat and get within 100 runs of India's total then we're right back in it. If not, then at least be able to take quite abit of time out of the game and not follw-on!
 
Tendulkar made 53 runs more after drop. So Akmal's performance in this series so far is


30 + 21 - 53 = - 2 runs I am not even adding missed throws between his legs.
 
I just feel so sorry for Shoaib, straight from the hospital to ground.

It's abuse!

He got Billy to get Dravid wrongly out... so may be add another 50 runs. :))
