BD has actually been so lucky to play the bottom 2 quarter finalists consecutively. The rain really helped them and their NRR
I doubt they would have beaten AFG. Definitely wouldn't have beaten IND

Drafting in young bowlers is only going to backfire. Let then toil in domestic cricket. There is a reason no other country apart from Paalsitan drafts teenager bowlers into international cricket. They are likely to fall apart or go astray like Amir. Bowlers need some cushion and safe place and international cricket can break young bowlers
Shaheen is definitely not the right age to lead a test attack. For tests 30 year olds bowl best

Just hope none of these hyped players - most of them deserving - don't go kambli's way. There were far lesser distractions at that time still he got lost. In today's world T20, instant fame making, longevity is a rare thing. Hope their families and their well-wishers aren't too greedy and understand this value of their talent.

I think Indian team will be invisible in this decade like Aussies in the past.

They have a lot of outstanding player in every department and there fielding is best in the world.

They have 3 world class openers in Gill, Shaw and now in this new kid, they have outstanding fast bowlers as well as spinners.

Our fielding is the worst right now, feels like we are being judged on past here.
 
India well on to its way to second consecutive U19 title and well deserved to.

Meanwhile Pak boys played well throughout and India was just a better team and favourites of the tournament. U19 is mainly about giving exposure to young players and producing players for international cricket.

We are lucky that we are not playing India regularly otherwise it will be much much difficulty to face such humiliation again and again.

We deserve this humiliation because we did celebrate our victory against Afghanistan like a World cup win.

What a loser that spinner, Amir Ali trying to deny Jaiswal a hundred.

Bowled a full toss to Saxena hoping he'd smash it. Then bowled wide down leg but the keeper got a leg to it and they ran a single.

Tried his best ball to Jaiswal and got slapped out of the ground :)))

With the hyping of Pak players, understandably on a Pak fans forum, I thought India will be demolished. But just saw 2-3 overs of jaiswal's batting some while ago. I feel he is already better than Dhawan, pant, dube ...probably among the 3-5 left handers in the country, if any out here in India (playing & undiscovered yet.) And the temperament is so 'old school test match type' with grinding out the bowlers. And seeing the 100 with making up for that early slow ("tuk tuk" as people put here) batting he has that extra gear too.
