Name calling is what some team's fans do when their teams suck and has been getting pwned consistently by their bigger and better opponents. Shows much about their inferiority complex than anything when all these people talk on their own forums is about this opposition. It is ironic the troll here resorts to racial bigotry when it is more likely that she is going to cop the same name calling in her host country more so than the target of her bigotry :murali

Start things and then have a cry. Typical. Boo hoo! :)))

Grow a pair lil snitch :afridi

Inferiority complex? LMAO :)))

BTW here are the SL v Ind stats since 1995 (ie excluding the out and out minnow years)

http://stats.espncricinfo.com/ci/en...anval1=span;team=8;template=results;type=team

Tests - won 5 lost 7 (W/L 0.71)

http://stats.espncricinfo.com/ci/en...anval1=span;team=8;template=results;type=team

ODIs - won 41 lost 53 (W/L 0.77)

For a nation of 20 mil with measly resources going up against a nation of 1240 mil with all the resources and a 50 year head start to boot, pretty darn impressive if you ask me. Then again though your glorified prima donnas have under achieved big time so I won't be reading too much into it.

One would say one needs to understand the meaning of snitch before using the word :murali. So much for one would say being the Ranjit the Aussie the Fernando. :junaid

I don't snitch like you and your lil buddy vermin or whatever his username is. Don't start it unless you can handle it. You two clearly can't so run along now.

Whats so impressive about a losing record :jf. Oh you are not whining about your "lack of resources" again are you. The jayasuriya is living liek a king in Matara because of the "lack of resources" gimme a break. Use the box of tissues that you like to post here to wipe your depressed eyes among other things :akhtar

62 times the population and a 50 year head start as well. Down right embarassing if you ask me. Read and weep. :6:
Any way you are not worth my time lil snitch. Peace out.

Really SL fans dont snitch? :O Thats not what I gleaned from observing SL forums. Your fans are very touchy but dont like to show it. Thats the only difference from other SC fans. Pretty much any Indian fan that likes to return the abuse in SL forums gets banned but every SL abusive post is untouched. Sl fans there has nothing but vitriol for India. Judging by the SL troll's posts here and mostly on India threads, he is no different. If that doesnt say you have inferiority complex, I dont know what will :waqar

Oh you have plenty of time here Mr.inferiority complex. You have been trolling here for a long time. 5000 posts :jayawardene in 4 months says you live here. :sami

Hey, this thread is supposed to be about Indian fans rubbing it in and gloating over their revenge series against Australia, not your big brother/little brother bickering!

They are waiting for the other shoe to drop ala the English series. But I am afraid your lot is at best inconsistent save for Clarke(who cannot score in every test or can he?).

Yeah Warner or Watto are seniors now & need to step up & be consistent. Otherwise we might as well try again with Doolan, Mitch Marsh & Burns.

Can Clarke keep doing it? Well Cook did & Clarke is in his prime now so for our sake I hope so. Clarke at least has no glaring obvious weakness against pace or spin or swing so he's harder to work out for other teams.

I expect they'll get whitewashed here, and heads will roll and that includes Micky Arthur and the "fitness coaches".

Cannot believe how inept Australia look.

If ever a team looked like having the same fate the Windies team/squad had after the 80's, it's them.

That would involve the bigwigs at CA admitting they have made a hash of it, so it won't happen. Micky & the fitness guru's are here for a while longer yet. At least until both Ashes are done.

Arthur really hasn't added anything to Australia, in fact the team and players have deteriorated. I've never seen a Australian team bereft of passion and fight in all my time watching Cricket.

They all seem a bit confused really.

Watson has been playing for years & still doesn't know where he bats or if he is an all-rounder.

Clarke doesn't understand why S Waugh & Border could captain from #5 (they had Hayden, Langer, ponting & Boon, Jones in front of them respectively) & that he can't get away with that with this team.

Quicks are confused by workload management/rotation/injury treatments.

I hardly need to comment on why our spinners are confused but IMO when drying up runs in ODI becomes a better criteria for selection than taking more wickets in Shield games how are they supposed to know how to bowl/what matters.

I don't think they lack passion, they just don't have a direction or idea of how to apply it. Yes, Arthur is probably part of the problem.

India has dominated Australia in tests so far but I always take home wins with a grain of salt. India's real test (in tests) will be their next away series in South Africa. We all know what happened in England and Australia.

I am not convinced that the current Indian bowling can take 20 wickets in Aus, England and SA.

Most importantly, it will prove that only SA and England among the present test teams have the bowling and batting to win in unfamiliar conditions

The Aussies do not have a world-class spinner, current pace attack is not more than decent and batting lacks the solidity and class of yesteryear

The current Aussie side infact reminds me of the team of the late 80s and early 90s with Clarke doing an Alan Border!!!

Pattinson has been sparkling(No twilight jokes please). But he needs support. Hilfenhaus is a must for Ashes in England.

Patto, Hilfenhaus, Siddle, O'Keefe with Bird, Starc and Lyon as backup would make a good bowling lineup.

Going to be a very painful day, but they deserved it with this team selection. I'm amazed we rolled India for 500, I thought they were going to declare for 1/1000 or something.

Not sure "rolled" is the correct word for it. Seemed more like "limited" might be appropriate.

I can see a few similarities, except among the young guns, who are the Dean Jones, David Boon and "Tugga" in the present team?

While the Aussie teams of the '80s may at times have been mediocre, the great "AB" not only had incredible steel and ability as a player/skipper himself, but he did have good raw young resources to tap and work with. It's not as clear where the batting talent is going to come from currently; the fast bowlers are guns but get injured every five minutes.

Take nothing away from Pup, though, he has done very well as a batsman and captain. :don
