Easy victory. Sorry Pakistan, but your batting on even the flattest of wickets is terrible. 250 is not defendable with your bowling attack.

Still one more ODI to go.
 
Is Zardari at the ground? This game is gone.
 
The ball did not spin or seam or swing. It was a 350 wicket. Unless India implodes even more dramatically, Pakistan does not deserve to win. And they wont.

Having said that, I felt that if Pakistan got 320 then India would go all guns blazing, and that is when Pakistani bowlers tend to crack. They will hope that India bat conservatively, which will give them some chance at least. But realistically, you can kiss this one goodbye.

Don't underestimate India's ability to collapse.....This is still 50/50
 
There is actually some uneven bounce in the wicket,as we saw some balls getting a lot of bounce and some keeping very low...dont think the chase will be as easy as some are predicting,though i hope i'm wrong
 
Indian has a very loooooong batting line-up. They bat down to no.9!
 
Looks like AMan ki asha...................honestly Shoaib Malik can't judge a slower ball ..............Hafeez blindly sweeping n JAmshed throwing it away after the ton........For YOunis umpire did it...........
 
We need early wickets, can't even let them get to 30 without losing a wicket, they are very strong at rotating the strike :kohli
 
250 is still not too bad a score if Pakistan get early wickets as the pitch is spinning a bit even though it is slow.

It all depends how well Pak bowl in the middle overs as well but still I will give them an outside chance but obviously India favourites.

Irfan and junaid need to start tight, giving Ajmal the opportunity to attack in the middle overs

imo, the visitors can defend this as it seems a par kinda score ,more so after the help the spinners got.
 
why cant misbah be in charge of the test team ...

These dead pitches are the reason our bowling attack cannot defend this. If the curators had some balls and prepared sporting wickets, we would have eaten India alive just like in the last game.

Our batting is just pathetic at times though.
 
This reminds me of the match v Australia recently.

We started off like a bullet but lost a wicket for 140-odd then slumped to something like 250 or so at the end :p
 
I think the question is, if Pakistan were offered 260 at the start, would they have taken it?
I think they would have. They have finished 10 less than that - it's not the worst score in the world. It all depends on the new ball.

Score more runs then. Be ruthless. Do what it takes to win the game. Stop being a Gambhir and whine about the conditions.
 
Why do some Pak fans find fixing by their cricketers more palatable than losing honestly?
 
Anyways, we have cried enough for today. Let's support our team now. The new ball will swing and 2-3 early wickes and we are right back.
250 seems easy, but once you are 60/4 it's not that easy.

Our batting would have suffered on those track as well also even facing Indian bowling attack.

So in other words we cant bat on flatbeds as well as seaming conditions

I've never understood it either. I'd much rather let my team lose than fix to lose. I'd much rather take India's 4-0 loss in England than Pakistan's scarred 3-1 loss in 2010, put it that way.
 
Yah there is no reason for whining , the batting was pathetic. Bowlers have a tough job to do.
 
We gonna do this. If jadeja can get 3-41 then Ajmal has to have a chance
 
We might see some early movement... but should be a easy chase.

HA! The whole Pakistani innings thread was like that. But seriously I think that we have to get Viru out early or otherwise he gets dangerous quick and Kohli might not even come into the equation.
 
early wickets are gonna be key the edges need to be caught and half chances have to be info wickets the spinners are key ajmal hasnt fired on this tour so today must be his day
