2. What about the pic above with F16 serial number and Pak people around it? What's that?

3. Pak officially claimed 2-3 pilots found but then changed it to 1. Why so may I ask? IAF never backtracked.

4. Yesterday in Hindu (not your typical crazy news site), I read about defense officials mention about f16 in anonymity. They never named the flight in prev press conference. If they had to lie, they could hav in the prev press conference no? Right now they have openly claimed the F16 part.

At the very least the claim that the AMRAAM missile was sold to Taiwan seems to have some sort of legitimacy. The link here, shared before as well, to the US Secretary of Defense. The serial number is on page 30.

What makes it suspicious is that Taiwan is spelled Tiawan. But the document here is a scan so there might just have been a mistake in one of the drafts which got preserved. But this remains the most trustworthy piece of information so far!

That particular missile was sold to Taiwan, that's a solid piece of info from the US SoD website.

I am not a credible source of information on this but I think that the JF-17 can fire the AMRAAM, one of the sellng points of the JF-17 was that it can do much the same stuff as the F-16 just not as well. It was supposed to be a poor man's F-16 basically, capable of firing the same ammunition. The similarity of the name JF-17 and F-16 was due to this reason.
