Bret Hart was a great technical no nonsense type of wrestler but HBK was the complete package. The wrestling, the high flying moves, the charisma, the audacity. I still remember the DX days. Him & HHH were simply awesome.

Whats the score by the way ? :)

Yeah DX days were absolutely awesome and I loved the days of the Corporate Ministry as well. Wrestling just ain't what it used to be

Bret Hart's brother, Oven Hart was a complete nuisance. Sadly, he died in one of the cage matches in WWE.

Yeah when Austin/DX/Rock were running wild was fun to watch

Bret Hart was a great wrestler and even though his promos weren't the best, they were always realistic. But Hart would be the first to say that he didn't have a lot of charisma. Shawn Michaels, I agree is great, but he's a complete liar and a phony. He had the audacity to say that Bret wasn't a great wrestler, even though Bret Hart always gives him credit on his wrestling ability.

4 runs, 48 from 38 needed.

Shawn might have had all those things but he didn't have these. :11:

Yeah, Owen Hart went over the edge on the "over the edge" PPV :P. Sorry that was mean but it has to be said :P

Good shot by Mishra for 4 there over cover

86-6 in 13.4

so does ANYONE know the name of the song that is played in the background at every boundary?

Cena & Batista with their boyband type of following has absolutely ruined it for me.

lol, it was Owen Hart man, not Oven Hart.

And he didn't die in a cage match, but he died doing a stunt where he fell 8- something feet from the top of the arena into the ring.

Even undertaker was no less a joker during those days. His famous URN and his coach in black suit and various mysterious stories. He was very popular in India (guess still is...)

I still have my replica Bret Hart glasses :D

These guys cannot wrestle at all, wrestling is obviously not even close to what it used to be.

Watch out for DH Smith. He's Bret Hart's nephew and the late Davey Boy Smith's son.

43 needed from 35, getting very close.

Is this the IPL thread or the WWE thread?

We all were into cricket, but Merc bought this topic in and rest is history. btw- which was your fav. wrestler?

Yeah, those two are terrible. I loved it when Batista and the Big Show had a match one and the crowd kept cheering slogans like:

"You both suck!"

"Change the channel!"

"Booooooooooooooooooring"

Now dont really watch WWE

It's the "waiting for Shoaib to come back" thread :D

I understand

My brother is getting pi55ed off cos he wants to play Grand Theft Auto BUT im waiting for Shoaib's remaining over

Bumpcatcher should put Akhtar back in to wipe up the tail. Delhi are slowly getting back into it.

I don't know what lies you are talking about. If Shawn was such a liar Vince would have kicked him out a long time ago. Anyways what happens backstage between these two is their issue. They both provided great entertainment on stage.

By the way, the Rick Flair retirement match with Shawn Michaels was great.

Match getting close now for DD.

Should have brought Shoaib on a while ago. The batsmen would have tried to see him out and in the process could have got out. Now they can afford to throw the bat at him and hope to get a boundary or 2 at the cost of a wicket.

I remember back when I used to think that the WWF (back then) was real - I watched all the matches, followed all the drama. It was still half believable then. I remember Wrestlemania IV when Hulk Hogan fought Andre the Giant.

I finally got 100% in the game two days ago :P. Now I am waiting for my key to come from rockstar :D

Its getting too close now. You don't want shoiab bowling with 10 req off the last over. One thick edge and its game over.

What about the lie where he told Bret on camera he had nothing to do with the screwjob?

Run out maybe!!!

Shahid A

Looked like Akhtar has broken down after 3 overs look at the guy and made a face that looks like his injured then done a little action of stepping on his ankle and looking unhappy to step on it

BAD News

Could this be the reason why he has not come back yet?

LOL, Cena cops the most abuse whenever he is in some Pay Per View event.

Call for a run out.!

I cant stand the game - I am playign COD4 at the moment

Looks like ishant two overs and akthar one maybe the key for kolkatta to steal this match!

I've overplayed cod 4 now lol on 2nd prestige and just don't feel like it anymore :P

I just started it the other - want to finish it asap so i can play COD3

COd 3 is terrible in comparison to the 4th

Sharma bowls an awesome delivery there but not out

I have played the demo for COD3 and i like it more than COD4

Almost another run out. The batsmen probably wanna get themselves out rather than face shoaib.

Good over from Sharma. If Shoaib isn't brought on next, then Delhi really needs to target whoever comes on to bowl.

$100 for anyone who throws a pie at Sharuk and hits him in the schnozz.

Watch them attack the unknown Indian bowler.

Another one out, caught at fine leg

Delhi donefor

dude, the pie thrower will be dead meat before he can collect the 100

grin and bear him... :))

Knowing what a show off he is...he will probably eat that pie (after getting hit) and then proceed to do 10 sit-ups :P

What a dismal shot that was lol. And why is Lalit Modi cheering for Kolkata? Isn't he supposed to be impartial?
