The bowling in Pakistan in general is not awful. But there are various facotors you need to take into considerations here.

This is a very very flat wicket, ball is coming nicely. Even guys like Steyn, Aamir, Gul etc would have been taken to cleaners on this wicket.

Lahore team was on way to make 200 but they messed up totally and threw away their wickets.

And you really can't blame Zia here. Abdul Razzaq doesn't have the pace to trouble even club batsmen on this kind of wicket. Riaz were bowling on legs and once he bowled outside off Shazaib had no idea.

But credit to Shahzaib as well, he played really aggressively.
