I am absolutely heartbroken after the final. I know it’s only the Mickey Mouse European cup but still I wanted to win it. It’s four years since we last won a trophy.

Let me analyse why we lost, starting with the players.
1) Marcus Rashford. This guy is such an overrated player, it’s not even funny. If Martial put in that performance, United fans will be ripping him apart, but because its Rashford and he is feeding our kids, people give this guy a free pass. He isn’t good enough for United. I don’t rate this guy. Expect this guy to put up a lot of PR statements.

2) Bruno Fernandes... Big fan of the guy, but people need to stop overhyping this guy. He is yet to turn up in a big game.

3) Paul Pogba.. Love the guy, but he was shocking yesterday. I know that he wasn’t helped by the manager playing him in a double pivot, but I still expect better from him.

4) Luke Shaw... After being at United since 2014, he finally played well for about 3-4 months and all the United fans started to overhype him and say he is the best left back in the league. He was poor yesterday and isn’t good enough.

5) Victor Lindelof.. Absolute rubbish.

But ultimately, the main reason why we lost is the clueless manager. This guy didn’t make a change before the 100th minute, by that point, Emery had made all 5 of his changes. And the change he made was Fred for Greenwood, Mason was having an alright game. Why was he taken off and not Rashford, who was absolute shocking. Because Greenwood is a young kid and Rashford is a senior player. Ole is absolute spineless.

He plays Pogba in the double pivot. Pogba has been playing well recently as a left winger. Why was he pushed back to being a DM? To accommodate Rashford who is rubbish!

Why didn’t Ole bring on Henderson for De Gea before the penalties? I am a big fan of DDG and I don’t fall for this English media bias of Henderson being better than De Gea. But, Dean is a better penalty stopper. Why wasn’t he brought on?

Ole is simply not good enough as a manager. The fundamentals of football such as making changes, he can’t grasp. He gets the sack tomorrow, he won’t get another job in the premier league. There are managers available who will get so much more out of these players. Zidane is available, Conte is available. I even take Unai Emery over him.
