Md.Siraj will not even make it to ZIM D XI. I wonder how these good for nothing bowlers make it to India team and IPL teams. RCB deserves to lose this and all other matches for backing these Siraj like idiots.

That guy should have played some Test matches and learnt bowling line and length against top batsmen before getting into this glamour field.

Is there any proof he is solely responsible for all the selections? I think RCB management as a whole are to blame . They should pick players who fit roles and not just pack the team with stars.
 
Imagine if West Indies are able to select Russell for the WC. What a batting line up they could have. I think Russell should concentrate on his batting and play ODIs. West Indies have enough bowlers that they don't require his bowling. He can be used a floater in the batting line up.

Russell is the MVP of T20 cricket.

I dislike rcb as much as average IPL watcher but this is beyond savage.

Wherever the bowled, Russell would have hit it for 6. I think it was unlucky. I think it's easy to say RCB are rubbish etc. But Russell could do that to any team.
 
Russell is frightening. Also, have to criticize VK here - he should have known that Russell is a monster against medium pace, length staff; instead of Stoinis & Southee, should have kept on spinners. Russell would have gone for same, but chances were better to get him out by spinners.

they are bowling rubbish.. they only tried Yorker only once, low full toss and it was 69 meter six.. had they tried more one of them might be a catch..
 
It's better to dissolve this RCB franchise now. Humiliation is for not only players but also to it's loyal supporters. Let Kohli join some other franchise and play as just a player.

Just a few days ago Rabada owned him with a brilliant yorker and won his team a match. It's all about execution. RCB simply doesn't have it in their bowlers.

Dugout team even showed Russel getting out to Yorkers multiple times before Russel starts hitting but guess RCB team management not aware of that.. Seen Nehra telling something to Southi about containing Russel and he passed it to Kohli..

Same Rabada was smoked around by Nabi. It can happen to anyone. It is all weighing the odds. Odds of Negi succeeding was very high there.

But in dewy conditions on this ground executing yorkers can be difficult.
 
RCB bowling lineup is not T20 material. Chahal is decent and that’s about it.

Southern is a swing bowler and keeps bowling length. Siraj is a big time clown with the ball. The rest are below average.

With the bowling lineup that RCB has they need to score over 200 every game to have a chance. AB has been a dud and Kohli is not enough to pull them over the hill.
 
Same story every season for rcb. Pathetic bowling lineup. It's not working I think kohli should give up captaincy.

As they say margin for error is so so small. Bowling to Russel in death overs is such a stressful job. You have to bowl a perfect yorker else he is gonna own you. I feel sorry for RCB. They bowl on patta wicket and too dependent on Kohli and ABD.

Kohli is ****. Should have kept spin at that point I was pleading. The problem is he needs Dhoni's ghost captaincy in LOIs. He is never going to learn.

against Russel in this mood thats the safest option.. even it low full toss you might have a chance.. if it pitched up delivery he can easily smoke it to six...

You are on the other extreme. IPL is needed, it has helped improve our bowling at least Bumrah, it has shown the importance of wrist spinners, it has improved the Fielding, fitness. Just that the intensity of these games can put you further down if you are not doing well!

It is not that simple. Same Rabada missed mark against Nabi other day. It is not easy. But ball was clearly turning. All 3 spinners did well for KKR. Same way Both spinners did well for RCB. That too against players who are good against spin. Logically you should have used spin against him.

Not sure about Bumrah but everyone and their dog knew the importance of wrist-spin in LOIs. The IPL had no hand in making it important again.

These T20 leagues are an absolute joke. Pay players hundreds of thousands of pounds for a month-long vacation with their work-load often looking like Moeen's today.

No wonder that players with little ambition want to become T20 specialists. And the mindless T20 fanatics are going to keep throwing their money at this until they realize that they are being duped.

I think the bowlers halted under pressure. It's not easy for bowlers in this situation.
 
Kohli the GOAT has lost 7 matches in a row, I repeat 7 matches in a row. 2 for India and 5 for RCB. This is what happens when he doesn’t have Dhoni holding his hand, fraud.
 
It's difficult to decide whether RCB is IPL's Lahore Qalandars or Lahore Qalandars is PSL's RCB. Despite having some big names both these teams find a way to lose :))
 
Kohli is turning out to be tendulkar's successor (in both the right and wrong). World class in batting but very below par in Captaincy. Why don't India just appoint Rohit Sharma as captain? He's a way better captain.

I was telling from India's perspective only where we were depending on trundlers and darters! Anyways all the teams over the world have developed quality wrist spinners over the years as IPL grew and it's fine if you don't attribute IPL for that.

Ends with 37 runs with a respectable strike rate! Hack pant wouldn't have lasted til 20th over though after swinging hit bat for couple of sixes and belly dancing on the pitch! Oh! Wait he concedes more byes behind the stumps than the no. of runs he scores! That's the difference!
