Narendra Modi : Mega Discussion Thread

Rahul is a saint compared to feku. If feku can reach where he has on the basis of lies and lies only, any Tom, Dick and Harry can and that includes Rahul Gandhi.

Again not answering the question.

I will ask again:

Are you OK with Raul Puppu as the PM of India ?

I didn't ask how, when or whether he could/would get there.

I am asking you personally, stop beating around the bush and answer the question.

Jokes aside, I have a feeling BJP and Congress are working together, Raul Puppu is gathering BJP votes in big numbers.

His Cambridge speech may have gotten BJP an even more landslide majority in parliament than last election. Surely my ammayi Sonya would not send someone as mentally handicapped as Puppu on behalf of Congress on purpose. I feel this is all a setup, has to be, I do not see any logical explanation.

Every time you see Puppu's face or when Puppu opens his mouth BJP's vote bank increases instantly..

My theory is that RG is a true patriot and that this is his way of contributing to the country by scoring regular self goals in an attempt to keep congress where it is.

Todays example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0AsFw0gdww&ab_channel=HindustanTimes

I am pretty sure Modi and Shah know that he is their star campaigner. As you say every time he speaks BJP gains.

After months of playing it cool during the Bharat Jodo yatra, like it didn't matter, the terror and panic in bhakts and the BJP is finally coming out. Always good to come out of the closet :rabada2

Desperate to divert from the Adani-Modi questions Rahulg asked in parliament, they are swarming all over the place, even though they've abandoned the Adani thread :)))

Here below is an example of a level-1 bhakt.

"Did PM Even Check...": Commuters Enraged As Newly-Opened Highway Floods

Bengaluru: The Bengaluru-Mysuru highway in Karnataka, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi six days ago, was inundated after heavy rains in the Ramanagara region of the state on Friday night.

The highway road, built at ₹ 8,480 crore, was waterlogged near the Ramanagara district, neighbouring Bengaluru. The water remained stagnant in the underbridge on the highway, leading to a series of bumper-to-bumper accidents that resulted in slow-moving vehicles and long periods of traffic jams on the highway.

This is the same underbridge that flooded last year when Karnataka received unprecedented rains.

Some distressed commuters lashed out against Chief Minister ** Bommai and the PM for damage to their vehicles, and questioned whether the highway was ready for inauguration.

"My Maruti Swift car was half submerged in the waterlogged underbridge. It switched off, and a lorry approaching from behind rammed into my car. Who will be held responsible for this? I am requesting Chief Minister Bommai to get my car repaired. PM Modi inaugurated the highway, did he even check with his road and transport ministry whether the road was ready for inauguration? Should we suffer for the sake of vote bank politics? They demand a whopping toll fee, what's the use?" Vikas, a commuter, told NDTV.

Another agitated commuter, Nagaraju, who said his vehicle was the first in the bumper-to-bumper accidents, questioned who would be held responsible for the accidents. They would have cleared the waterlogging in 10 minutes if the PM were to arrive, he said.

"Soon after water started filling the underbridge, multiple accidents were reported. First was mine... and then there were a series of bumper-to-bumper accidents involving seven to eight vehicles. There is no space for water to recede. If there's news of the PM's arrival, they would clear this waterlogging in 10 minutes. Can't you see we common man are suffering? Who's responsible for this?" Nagaraju said.

PM Modi on March 12 inaugurated the 118 km long Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway, which reduced the travel time from three hours to about 75 minutes.

The six lane Bengaluru-Nidaghatta-Mysuru section of NH 275 is expected to act as a catalyst for socio-economic development in the region.

Not just flooding. A day after Modi's show of competence, the highway developed cracks that hardly any news outlet covered. This is Indian Express.

And if you did not know who RaGa was in 2014 and are a proud supporter of him now, it only shows how easily the gullible are swayed by the Congressi and Leftist propaganda. :))) :)))
Not really. I just try and think for myself and not be a part of the sheeple :apology

Look at the arrogance on Modi's face and his contempt for the India Today owner as the latter stumbles through his words as he licks the floor Modi walks on.

Is this ok for bhakts? Or are they that meek that they'll just grovel in front of feku?

That's why I always say, only thing bhakts care for is feku's welfare, to hell with India!

As for Indian news outlets, they are all sold out except for very few.

'Most Important Foreign Political Party', BJP Headed For 'Repeat Victory in 2024': Wall Street Journal

New Delhi: The BJP is the world's most important foreign political party and it may also be the least understood according to an opinion piece in the Wall Street Journal authored by Walter Russell Mead. "India's ruling Bharatiya Janata Party is, from the standpoint of American national interests, the most important foreign political party in the world. It may also be the least understood," the WSJ piece read.

'BJP Headed to Repeat Victory in 2024'
BJP, after successive victories in 2014, and 2019 is also headed for a repeat victory in 2024, the publication claimed, adding that, India is emerging both as a leading economic power and, along with Japan, as the linchpin of American strategy in the Indo-Pacific. "For the foreseeable future the BJP will be calling the shots in a country without whose help American efforts to balance rising Chinese power are likely to fall short," it added.

"For the foreseeable future the BJP will be calling the shots in a country without whose help American efforts to balance rising Chinese power are likely to fall short," it added.

'BJP Poorly Misunderstood'
The author Mead believes that BJP is poorly understood because it grows out of a political and cultural history unfamiliar to most non-Indians. The BJP's electoral dominance reflects the success of a once obscure and marginal social movement of national renewal based on efforts by generations of social thinkers and activists to chart a distinctively 'Hindu path' to modernization, the Wall Street Journal piece stated.

"Like the Muslim Brotherhood, the BJP rejects many ideas and priorities of Western liberalism even as it embraces key features of modernity. Like the Chinese Communist Party, the BJP hopes to lead a nation with more than a billion people to become a global superpower. Like the Likud Party in Israel, the BJP combines a basically pro-market economic stance with populist rhetoric and traditionalist values, even as it channels the anger of those who've felt excluded and despised by a cosmopolitan, Western-focused cultural and political elite," it added.

American analysts, particularly those of a left-liberal persuasion, often look at Narendra Modi's India and ask why it isn't more like Denmark. Their concerns aren't wholly misplaced. Journalists who are critical of the ruling coalition can face harassment and worse. Religious minorities who fall afoul of the resurgent Hindu pride that marks BJP India speak of mob violence and point to hostile official measures like broadly drafted anti-conversion laws as well as occasional outbursts of mob violence. Many fear the power of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, or RSS, a nationwide Hindu nationalist organization with close ties to BJP leadership, it added.

BJP's Victory in Northeast
However, Mead believes that India is a complicated place, and there are other stories as well. Some of the BJP's most striking recent political successes have come in predominantly Christian states in India's northeast. The BJP government of Uttar Pradesh, a state with a population of about 200 million, enjoys strong support from Shia Muslims. RSS activists have played a significant role in efforts to fight caste discrimination, the opinion piece said.
"After an intensive series of meetings with senior BJP and RSS leaders, as well as some of their critics, I am convinced that Americans and Westerners generally need to engage much more deeply with a complex and powerful movement," Mead wrote.

From a fringe of mostly marginalized intellectuals and religious enthusiasts, the RSS has become perhaps the "most powerful civil-society organization in the world". Its rural and urban development programs, religious education and revival efforts and civic activism, staffed by thousands of volunteers from all walks of life, have succeeded in forming the political consciousness and focusing the energies of hundreds of millions of people, the Wall Street Journal piece added.

A Hindu Monk Serving as UP CM
Recalling his meeting with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Mead writes, "The movement seems to have reached a crossroads. When I met with Yogi Adityanath, a Hindu monk serving as chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, considered one of the most radical voices in the movement--and sometimes spoken of as a successor to 72-year-old Prime Minister Modi--the conversation was about bringing investment and development to his state. Similarly, Mohan Bhagwat, the spiritual leader of the RSS, spoke to me about the need to accelerate India's economic growth, and disavowed the idea that religious minorities should suffer discrimination or loss of civil rights".

How these statements by top leaders to a foreign journalist will percolate down to the grassroots is impossible to predict. But I did get the impression that the leadership of a once-marginalized movement wants to position itself as the natural establishment of a rising power and is looking to engage deeply and fruitfully with the outside world without losing touch with its social and political base, he writes.

'US Needs India as Both an Economic And Political Partner'
The invitation to engage with the BJP and RSS is one that Americans can't afford to reject. As tensions with China rise, the US needs India as both an economic and political partner. Understanding the ideology and the trajectory of the Hindu nationalist movement is as important for business leaders and investors seeking to engage economically with India as it is for diplomats and policymakers wanting to put the strategic relationship on a stable footing, the Wall Street Journal stated.

lmao 3 days and no one posted this...

I wonder how bhakts will deal with their lives, if this turns out to be true. Or perhaps they don't care :apology

India’s “undereducated” Prime Minister was the primary investor backing industrialist Gautam Adani, and both “looted the country” in pursuit of Modi’s ambition to “become the richest person on Earth”, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal alleged in a relentless attack on the duo during his address to the Delhi Legislative Assembly Tuesday.

Money invested in the Adani Group “belonged to the PM”, the Chief Minister alleged, adding that the businessman was “just the manager” of funds Modi had. Kejriwal said he had spoken to a BJP leader who said Modi was not helping Adani because they are friends. “The leader said he (Modi) has never done anything for anyone — his wife, mother, brother or any relative… He said he was helping Adani because… Adani is just the front; the main investor behind him is Modi,” Kejriwal alleged.

Cue, Kejriwal is angry because his right-hand man is jailed for corruption :)))

Scary stuff, if true.

I mean, I can't stand Modi, but am too scared to believe this can be true. It's insane. I used to think Adani has some kind of hold over Modi in a personal way - like some video tapes or something :rabada2

Beautiful and very entertaining last couple minutes where he brutalizes Modi's lack of intellect and education :)))

The bit about Adani taking over most of our airports is absolutely true. As is quip about coal scam.

If this is not a blatant proof of quid pro quo of feku then what else is?

'PM Modi Proved Me Wrong': Padma Shri Winner Rasheed Ahmed Quadri

President Droupadi Murmu today presented Padma awards to veteran socialist leader Late Mulayam Singh Yadav, medical professional Dilip Mahalanabis, author and philanthropist Sudha Murty, physicist Deepak Dhar, novelist S L Bhyrappa, noted playback singer Vani Jairam and Vedic scholar Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji at a function held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi. Of the awardees was veteran Bidri craft artist from Karnataka Shah Rasheed Ahmed Quadri who was overwhelmed with the recognition.

"I tried for 10 years to get this award. Every year, I used to spend Rs 12,000 (for application). I made a thick profile of myself for this award. It has 50 colour photos. I tried for five continuous years first and when the BJP government came, I stopped trying for it as I thought I will not get this award because BJP never gives anything to Muslims. But PM Modi proved me wrong by choosing me for this award and I want to thank the prime minister and Home Minister Amit Shah," said Shah Rasheed Ahmed Quadri, who received the Padma Shri award today.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/WATCH?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#WATCH</a> | I tried for 10 years to get this award. At least six awardees, including veteran Bidri craft artist from Karnataka Shah Rasheed Ahmed Quadri, traditional artist from Maharashtra Parshuram Komaji Khune and Ramkuiwangbe Jeme Newme, a social worker from Assam, shook hands with Modi. The President came forward a few steps to confer the award on educationist from Odisha Antaryami Mishra and Delhi-based doctor Ishwar Chander Verma, both of whom are wheelchair-bound.

Murmu had approved conferment of 106 Padma awards, including three duo cases (in a duo case, the award is counted as one), on the eve of this year's Republic Day. A total of 52 awardees were given the honour on Wednesday -- two Padma Vibhushan, five Padma Bhushan and 45 Padma Shri. One more Padma Vibhushan awardee, US-based scientist S R Srinivasa Varadhan, remained absent.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">President Droupadi Murmu presents Padma Shri to Shri Shah Rasheed Ahmed Quadri for Art. The other distinguished personalities were given the awards on March 22. Padma awards are conferred in three categories -- Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri. India's top civilian award, the Bharat Ratna, has not been given to anyone since 2019.

The awards are given in various disciplines and fields of activities such as art, social work, public affairs, science and engineering, trade and industry, medicine, literature and education, sports and civil service among others.

Padma Vibhushan, the country's second-highest civilian award, is given for exceptional and distinguished service; Padma Bhushan for distinguished service of high order; and Padma Shri for distinguished service in any field.

Many of the awardees are unsung heroes who have been silently working for the betterment of society and people, and whom the Narendra Modi government has been honouring ever since it came to power in 2014, officials said.

"So Desperate": PM's Jibe At Congress Over "Your Grave Will Be Dug" Remark
"BJP has resolve, 'Can do' attitude like Lord Hanuman, determined to fight corruption," PM Modi at the party's Foundation Day event.

Opposition parties only talk about social justice but it is the BJP that toils for helping each Indian, Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed on Thursday, setting the tone for the party's 2024 national election campaign at an event to mark the party's 44th foundation day.
“The opposition is very desperate but no one can defeat the BJP in 2024,” he said, once again referring to the slogans of “Modi Teri Kabr Khudegi” (Modi, Your Grave Will Be Dug) chanted at a recent demonstration by the Congress over a police case against one of its leaders.

The BJP is determined to fight corruption, nepotism and law and order challenges in the country, he said, adding that it draws inspiration from Lord Hanuman, the Hindu god who is revered for his devotion, strength and courage.

"Today India, like Lord Hanuman, is much more prepared in fighting challenges. Our party takes inspiration from Hanumanji. We can be tough at times like Lord Hanuman, but we are also compassionate and humble," PM Modi said.

Yeah similarly how we find it strange that people like you are full of hatred and dismissive of anything he does. So the feelings are very mutual, only difference being the perception.

It is quite clear, that the abject failure the AAP govt is in Punjab and their failure to capture Amritpal Singh, these kind of videos are distractionary tactics to fool the general public. For so long they only had Delhi where Kejriwal used to take credit for all good work but for law and order he used to say question home minister. Now that they have a full state, which unfortunately is a volatile state like Punjab, they are struggling big time with no one to blame. Where is Amritpal Singh, why Punjab police not able to catch him, why is Khalistani movement is uprising again - yeh sab sawal poocho dost and not what is Modi's degree...lol.

Everyone knows Modi didnt have an affluent childhood which perhaps Kejriwal and this Sanjay Singh guy had. He used to work with his father in Vadnagar tea stall and perhaps don't have much education. So what? He worked his way through the ranks, starting from RSS worker to BJP karyakarta to BJP spokesperson to 2 times Chief Minister to 2 times prime miniser. That is his degree and that is his curriculum vitae. Ask Sanjay Singh to take degree and put is where sun don't shine.

What is Bhagwant Mann's degree? Laughter challenge participant, comedy music artist, pop singer turned Politician...lol.

Pls don't tag me in these ridiculuous posts going forward. Degree nehi...kagaz dikhao...LOL.

I do not care about a Sanjay Singh speech, rest of the world barring the AAP he has next to no value, he can tear up PM Modi, jump ship to Congress, no one cares in the grand scheme of things..

I do not blindly believe everything anyone says.

However, BJP is going to take the 2024 elections, it is already a done deal, no matter how much crying on a Pakistani website or asking as NRIs why we do not move back to India is not going to change this fact.

This, I have said it before to so many clowns who go on and on about an Oxford graduate, a Harvard drop out aka our Puppu :wahab2 etc trying to put down PM Modi because he didn't have similar opportunities.

PM Modi came from nothing, humble beginnings, he did not have any silver spoons in his mouth nor was he given anything on a platter, he actually had to work his way from the very bottom.

Inspiration for millions PM Modi's rise.

If I offended any Pseudo Seculars or Raul Puppu supporting Malayalees :apology

Maybe you also blindly believe Modi's theory/story of preparing fantastic tea using gutter gas? :91: :inti

Nooo way a politician lying ?? that is something revolutionary and has never happened ever before. LOL Heard Ammayi Sonya didn't have any degrees from Cambridge as she initially claimed..

For the most part I am perfectly happy with what the BJP government has done so far, along with a lot that I am not happy about.

However, I will pick BJP over their main opposition aka thieving, looting, ammayi sonya led vadra congress or any other opposition currently. I do not care about what PM Modi's degree status is. No point crying here, BJP will take the 2024 elections :apology:

Well it is actually being done in other places.

https://www.theguardian.com/business/2010/oct/05/human-waste-turned-renewable-gas

https://www.theguardian.com/environ...-treatment-plant-human-waste-renewable-energy

And India pioneered the use of gobar gas - the use of cowdung and agricultural waste to generate gas for cooking, many decades ago.

Gutter gas :))

What did Sanjay Singh do? Black tickets?

The Gujarat University put out the degree details of Modi on its website. Years ago Arun Jaitley showed the degrees in a PC.

Kejriwal crew is scared that Sisodia will sing and others will land in jail too.

Yeah yeah. Hardwork not Harvard. 9 years and we are seeing the effects of an uncouth, uneducated person leading an important country.

Just because someone was poor or uneducated doesn't mean their incompetence should be washed away. If someone is not an intellectual like Modi evidently is, ok fine, their bad luck being born without the necessary intelligence that makes you seek out intellectual pursuits.

Sure, a lot of pappus might find it easier to identify with them. Doesn't make them fit to lead a country just because they don't threaten a voter's sense of self-worth :apology

I thought his radars dont work with clouds was shocking but this takes it to another level.

Lets hope nobody took this advice and died as a result.

Yeah yeah. Hardwork not Harvard. 9 years and we are seeing the effects of an uncouth, uneducated person leading an important country.

Yeah yeah, we have seen what the Cambridge and Harvard non graduate's has done leading India before 2014, the NRI's just watch what happen but the Indians in India seems to have a problem with the, brain dead, dumb ****s as they have made sure Congress is nowhere to be found over the last 2 elections. :bumrah

Just because someone was poor or uneducated doesn't mean their incompetence should be washed away. If someone is not an intellectual like Modi evidently is, ok fine, their bad luck being born without the necessary intelligence that makes you seek out intellectual pursuits.

Just because someone is born in a privalaged family with no brains or intellect doesn't mean they should be given the PM's chair. If someone is as dumb as our Raul Puppu it is ok, their bad luck of being born without a brain should force the parents and others to keep that person away from responsibilities they are not capable of handling :uakmal

Sure, a lot of pappus might find it easier to identify with them. Doesn't make them fit to lead a country just because they don't threaten a voter's sense of self-worth

Sure MEra Naam Raul Puppu heeh will continue his clown show and his clown supporters will find his stupid, diaper pooping antics a perfect fit, however, my suggestion; instead of crying on a Pakistani website, if they actually go out on the road and beg for some votes for their Puppu, it might do more good. Just saying :salute

Ok, first a serious qn: Why do you think some Mallu Christians seem to be interested in the BJP now. There was an important priest who talked about love jihad some time back. Also, recently the head of a big church wanted some transactional deal with the BJP in regard to rubber plantations. Some of these seem business related. But why is there a growing interest among the Christians there?

Now back to regular chat :apology

This Anil fellow seems a total clown. A guy who didn't seem to have much of a future being heralded as some don just because he is the son of an important Congressman.

lol at desperate sanghis welcoming a dynast! Whatever happened to their 'fight' against political dynasties?

Truth is, you won't find a bigger uneducated liar than feku who finds it convenient to collect whatever trash that comes out of Congress even if he/she is a dynast.

Kiran Reddy is another such example.

And lol at some so-called 'Indians' heralding these 2 as if they are some prize catches. sanghis couldn't be more desperate to hail these nobodies coming into sanghi fold.

Kiran Reddy has not even been active in politics for a while lol. You should see his unveiling as a BJP member press conference. He's literally reading from notes and only targeting the Gandhi family. That's all the BJP seems obsessed with.

They are desperate and their Godi media makes such a hue and cry about anyone joining them. Conveniently of course ignoring all the BJP guys DK has muscled back into the Congress in Karnataka :apology

Watch the Anil Antony video I posted. It's hilarious...end of the day lmao

"Unbelievable, Visionary": US Commerce Secretary Recounts Her Meeting With PM Modi

US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo, recounting her recent meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said that India and America would lead the artificial intelligence revolution. Ms Raimondo, who visited India in March, said the best of India was at display during her visit, in terms of culture, tradition and celebrations.
Pictures and video clips of her playing Holi have gone viral on social media and reflect the strong relationship between the US and India.

Addressing a gathering of Indian Americans at the India House, the commerce secretary fondly remembered her Holi celebrations this year in India.

"I was recently in India. I went a day earlier so that I could have the opportunity to participate in Holi. And the defence minister was so gracious to host me with his family," Ms Raimondo said on Saturday.

She also recounted her meeting with PM Modi, calling him a visionary.

"I had an incredible opportunity to spend an hour and a half with Prime Minister Modi. He is the most popular world leader for a reason. He is unbelievable, visionary, and his level of commitment to the people of India is just indescribable," she said.

Earlier this year, India and the US announced partnerships in the fields of space, defence, semiconductors and next-generation technologies.

The bilateral agreement is another example of the US bolstering ties in strategic areas with New Delhi, while isolating China.

Fascinating to see NRI Indians going gaga over Modi. I'm guessing it is because they are seen as fairly timid abroad, so perhaps Modi's bullying of minorities somehow compensates? :13:

Let him come out and say this outside the assembly.

NRIs in US UK etc are among the most successful and are near the top in terms of income. Ofcourse those communities who are less successful may find that truth difficult to digest.

They are just as ignorant as Modi, if perhaps not as educated.

According to a report compiled by the Federation of Indian Animal Protection Organisations (FIAPO) and All Creatures Great and Small (ACGS), between 2010-2020, a total of 4,93,910 animals were victims of crimes committed by humans. These include 720 cases of crime against street animals, 741 cases against working animals, 588 cases against companion animals, 88 cases against farm animals, and 258 cases against wild animals and birds. These were gruesome and intentional acts of violence that led to the animal’s death or an irreparable harm.

The range of crimes humans have committed include rape, murder, kicking, beating, attacking with sticks and stones. Of the 1,000 assault cases that were documented, 82 cases were of sexual abuse, 266 cases of cold blooded murder, and over 400 cases were of violent attacks of beating, kicking, torturing, throwing acid or boiling water, maiming a part of the body, attacking with a knife or a blunt object, According to the report, year 2019 saw the highest number of cases of crimes against animals (700 cases). Additionally, almost 4,230 dogs have been killed by mass culling drives across the country in the past five years alone.

According to their findings, street animals, including stray dogs are one of the biggest victims of animal abuse, which include mass culling. Based on the documentation so far, the report estimates that an average of 5 animals dies every day. But because of lack of reporting, the actual figures could be at least 10 times higher, which means 50 animal deaths every day – amounting to at least 2 animals being killed every hour in India. This does not include animal deaths in slaughterhouses, zoos, laboratories, and deaths by accidents or human negligence.

Let him come out and say this outside the assembly.

In today's India, he is doing the smart thing. Come out and say it seems :)) So ya'll can find an easy way to send him to jail?

Now let's leave aside the India Modi has created for a bit.

Who the hell is Modi and who the hell do his supporters think they are?

You are all just Indians. Some of you might be occupying positions of privilege temporarily right now. But if you know this land's culture and history, the wheel has always held great significance.

And it always turns. Your time will come soon.

Just remember, no one is greater than the people and the country itself.

On what basis do you have the temerity to claim that the uneducated, uncouth, incompetent, corrupt Modi is above ridicule?

The US secretary of commerce said the same.

One can understand Pakistanis being critical but I just don't get why so many Indians here on this site hate him when the country's forex reserves stand at around $600B, lowest inflation, literally dozens of big ticket infra projects, record FDI inflows, record GDP and so on and on.

Perhaps the simplest explanation is these guys many have had to endure negative personal impact from some of the BJP policies ? But I take it as a direct and most authentic sign that the country is on the absolute best path when I see people here start frothing and hurl abuses, insults, get personal at the drop of hat when asked some basic questions.

Glad you found it fascinating but NRIs have a strong reason to go gaga if you look at it objectively though. I mean India was a laughing stock and considered as a land of snake charmers for so many years under Congress rule. I have stayed in both USA and in UK during Manmohan govt's second term and the perception was it was a country of insignificance and pushovers.

Here comes a man from 2014 who has not only improved India but also its status overseas. A man who gets red carpet welcome in every nook and corner of the world - let it be on Sydney stadium in 2014 where he openly remind fellow Indians to follow principles of Swami Vivekanada, Madison Square Garden in 2014, Wembley stadium in 2015 where he gave that 90 mins historic speech with then PM David Cameroon and his wife sat down for entire time with translator on just to listen to him, Dubai Stadium in 2016 where he confirmed for first time a hindu temple will be opened in Middle east, in US congress 2016 where fellow Congress members gave a standing ouvation for 3 mins non-stop after his speech, historic speech in Dhaka in 2017 where he reminded everyone the bravery of Mukti Yoddha and how 90k soldiers India had in their custody, Howdy Modi in 2019 where an entire event was organized in Texas just for him etc etc. Not only that he gets multiple international peace awards including highest civilian award in UAE.

If you have a PM like him who is not just a prime minister but a statesman and the greatest leader the country has ever seen, why wouldn't NRI (Non Residential Indians) take pride in him.

Ofcourse we will go gaga when David Cameroon openly mocks Indian opposition from Wembley saying "They said a chaiwaala can never become PM" and 60k people in the stadium laughs.

Ofcourse we will go gaga when Rishi Sunak openly shuts that MP saying "Totally reject character assasination done by BBC"

Ofcourse we will go gaga when Bear Grylls does a Man vs Wild session with him which turns out to be most viewed show Grylls has ever done.

Ofcourse we will go gaga when he assures Indians standing in Texas that irrespective of what haters and liberals say, in India every thing is going well "Sab Changa si".

There are ample reason for every Indian to go gaga over him.

I hope in future you would not get fascinated again and probably stick to the topic in hand for once, since its been a long time. Thank you.

The topic is Modi, how is my comment about NRI's worship of Modi off topic?

I'm sorry, I just don't buy that he is somehow responsible for Indian advances in science or economy, not when he is barely educated, and former profession was a chaiwala. This is like a Pakistani believing that Mullah Omar was responsible for advanced education in Kabul University. It just doesn't add up.

I think my suspicion that he presents a strident and aggressive brand of Hindutva (at home) is the real attraction, especially considering that Hindus have always been regarded as fairly timid outside of India. I don't know why it's seen as a bad thing to be non-threatening to be honest, it has allowed Hindus to excel at academic or financial fields, but I don't think he can take credit for it.

Arre bhai...no one is asking you to buy :))

Last time I checked he is not the PM of Pakistan. So what your views are about him is insignificant. You are free to believe anything.

From where you got the perception that hindus are considered timid outside? Who considers it? You? Have you done any survey to ascertain it?

Also what is your definition of being "non- timid"? Doing terrorist attacks overseas like a particular community does?

You asked why NRIs go gaga over Modi. I just listed down why we do as global power overseas go gaga over him. I am not asking you to buy anything bruv...feel free to believe anything...LOL.

Not my intention to hit a nerve, but there is a thread on Apu Simpson and perceptions of Indians in the USA if you want to explore that theme, but more to the point, instead of going off tangent about Pakistan PM or terrorism, you could just explain how the barely educated Modi is responsible for scientific or financial progress in India.

How did you decide the nationality of anonymous posters on a online forum?

Not my intention to hit a nerve, but there is a thread on Apu Simpson and perceptions of Indians in the USA if you want to explore that theme, but more to the point, instead of going off tangent about Pakistan PM or terrorism, you could just explain how the barely educated Modi is responsible for scientific or financial progress in India.

One does not need to be educated to provide leadership. India has had PhDs from Oxford who were lame duck PMs, and also not very well educated people who were great leaders.

But what one does need to be a successful leader is a vision, and the ability to get people to share in the vision and work towards it. Modi seems to have done that.

Whether Modi will be successful in realising the Developed India 2047 goal is something that only time will tell. But what he has achieved is in putting this thought into the minds of a large number of Indians. As a leader he needs to do only that. People will find a way.

And of course captain, when such a large number of Pakistanis and Indian leftist fruitcakes spend their time venting vitriol against Modi, calling him everything from a facist, tyrant, uneducated chaiwala, and everything in between, you know he is doing a good job. :))

Yes some of them could be fake but cannot doubt some of the other vociferous critics based on the details they provide in the posts. If you notice their posts on the Cricket forum supporting India its a hard act to pull for a non-Indian to know details about Indian cricket and post all crap about BJP/RSS/Modi over here.

Its easier to copy paste from the post of another poster from another forum who is critical of Modi. No?

His team has done well to navigate the waters during last year’s inflation surge worldwide.
Credit to him for that.

that will help in only identifying issues to rake up but not in responding to rebuttals posted i response to those issues .... then they would have to post that rebuttal elsewhere and get a legit response from Modi critics elsewhere which becomes a tedious exercise.

I think your last sentence is the best explanation. You don't judge on Modi's intelligence, but on his previous history of enabling ethnic cleansing in his home state back in the early 2000's. That is his only real qualification, and perhaps it appeals to those who need to see Hindus present a more aggressive face, at home in any case.

That is after all the main reason Pakistanis, leftist fruitcakes and actually most decent people are not fans of Modi. He is widely regarded as being an enabler of mass murder.

Even if they didn’t what impact would it have made?

every other family lost a family member during Covid but it made zero impact.

It makes an impact mentally for the younger generation to have opportunities in front of them and not get disillusioned.

Having something to work towards: goals, ambition...all this is possible if the families have disposable income for education, certification and most importantly time..

You can say that sitting outside of India. The ones who live in India especially the economical weaker sections of society, ask them how hard inflation has hit them especially since petro products are being sold at never before seen high prices which impacts prices of all products and services.

Its so insensitive to say that inflation has been tamed in India basis what this corrupt regime's stats say on inflation.

Everything has become so expensive during last few years from cooking gas, cooking oil, pulses, milk, petrol, white goods, travel, rice, flour, water, etc.

You've to live in India to experience that rather than rely on what regime's stats say.

Arvind Kejriwal openly roasting PM Modi once again. This was his all time best roasting. Without taking Modi's name he roasted him. :91: :inti MP2011 pillionrider Rajdeep

Roasting feku is always great. Nationalists and real Indians should never get tired of that.

However, found the whole story a bit lame and predictable. Also, didn't like the place where Kejriwal decided to indulge in self aggrandizing.

I know times are such under feku but one has to stay humble.

The reason I’m talking about inflation is because I currently live outside India and I just visited India..
It’s been much more brutal in West.. West’s handling of covid was better than India’s but not inflation..

Slowly but surely you are coming to the right side which is good to see. By right, I don't meant politically right but correct side (with the truth).

Well done :kp

India's handling of covid was good, considering our population and resources.

As for the Godhra issue, Modi was cleared of all wrong doing by the Supreme Court of India at a time when the leftist Congress was ruling the country.

The only reason why Pakistanis and Indian leftists are not fans of Modi is because they do not have an answer to him. They cannot find a issue or an argument that they can intelligently counter Modi with. So they resort to name calling and frustration venting on social media, and keep harping on the long resolved Godhra case.

If all it takes is an 'illiterate chaiwala' to bring about so much frustration among such 'intellectuals', it tells you how much of intellect these people actually have.

Good to see their house of cards crumbling.

But but its a third world country :ma

Thank you.

All this speaks more of your little man syndrome than any ground realities of the 1990s and 2000s.

You seem to have some deep-rooted issues with intellectuals and intelligent people :rabada2

Electing and supporting an uneducated, incompetent, uncouth person isn't the solution my friend :dhoni
