This is their first proper hit on the tour cut them some slack. The long quartine proof really hampered the preparation

Exactly but who is gonna knock some sense into our fans.
Don’t you get tiered of this? Every time your target changed to fit in your logic. This time Abid because Azhar, who is few year older than Abid is basically carrying bat for PAK A against some unknown Kiwi bowlers.
Bottom line is, there is not enough batting resources and youngsters are not earning their spot. You know your cricket and that’s why it sound so funny that innings of 27 & 21 is used an examples.
He’s completely right to target Abid. You have to keep in mind that in each test match, only one of the pathetic trio of Abid, Azhar and Shan will do anything of note. When you play these 3, you’re essentially going into an innings two wickets down. In an ideal world, all three of these individuals would be kicked out of the team and never seen in Pakistan colours again. Yet with Misbah at the helm, we can only hope for a best case scenario, where at least one walking wicket is removed.
With that said, Azhar at least has some international pedigree behind him, and as this innings shows can still somewhat hold up an end despite his utter lack of talent. Shan Masood recently scored a 150 in England, so at least has some utility in SENA.
On the other hand the only thing of note Abid has done is to shamelessly celebrate a 50 by taking off his helmet. He looks scratchy at the crease, has a pathetic technique and provides zero utility aside from his batting. His ODI hundred on debut was against an Australia C-level attack on flat pitches, and his notable Test innings have come against Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. At least Fawad can point to his first class average to defend his garbage technique, meanwhile Abid can’t even do that. Utterly awful player, and it’s disgraceful that he’s our first choice opener in both Tests and ODI’s.
In spite of scoring mountains of runs in domestic cricket, Fawad has always failed in international cricket when it was critical for him to perform to keep his place in the team.
This tour could be the end of the road for him in international cricket.
Our performance will be even worse than WI. At least WI mange to take the game in the 4th day. NZ has capable to beat us in day 3.They will score 350+ in 100 overs. 170 overs are more than enough to bowl us twice.
What a waste of match for young team. As long as Misbah there he will make sure young players will not get enough chances to prove themselves. Feel sorry for Ijaz who is much better coach than wanna be coach like Misbah. Its unfair for Ijaz to be oppressed.
This is just a harbinger of things to come. And this is with NZ's second tier bowling attack. Imagine what will Southee, Boult, Wagner and Jamieson will do.
Fully expecting Jamieson to be the second coming of Gary Sobers this series.
All NZ needs to do is prepare ultra green wickets and these Pakistani batsmen will fold like a pack of cards.
Fawad Alam is a living proof of how rubbish our domestic setup us. This guy is truly hopeless at the international level yet is a king back home.
Maybe the only way Pakistan has a chance of fluking a win is if Pakistan puts NZ in to bat first and bowls them out for under 100. Otherwise I foresee two innings defeat.
Imran Butt poking at the ball that he could have left
Here is the dismissal I took the still

MenInG check the New Zealand Cricket website, you’ll find the same highlights in HD if you want to add those over here. It seems the PCB just took a phone video of the same source that I’m mentioning.

Imran Butt had one good domestic season last year when pitches were dead flat, otherwise his record is mediocre. Don't understand the hue and cry for him to be selected.
Tough time ahead for Misbah and co.I don't see anything noteworthy......in this series for Pak... It's
Harsh reality......players like Sinwari..Waqas Tabish nowhere 2 b seen and Saud Shakil should have been
Groomed well atleast 5 years ago....same 4 Gohar....
Hamad Kamran Ghulam all but discarded quickly......
Many passengers r there in the team still.....and our t20 fate is hanging on Hafeez alone in this series which is going 2 b a batting shootout..... And it won't b fair 2 expect newbies Haider Abdullah 2 blaze us 2 victory....again I would say we should have considered
Sharjeel......
Lets hope 4 the best........good luck 2 the men in green
