razzaq must be one of the most frustrating cricketers around. dont know whether to love or hate him.

That's tea. Test is meandering towards a draw. But Yousuf is marching towards Viv RIchards' record - Most number of runs in a calender year. Yousuf is on 1491 while Richards is still perched on top with 1710. Yousuf has only one Test left in this calendar year. So please do join us post tea, we could be in for some treat as he might go for some quick runs.

I hope Yousuf, after scoring so much, doesn't need to encounter a meeting like Len Hutton, the legendary English batsman, had to suffer. Hutton scored 364 and England won the oval test vs Australia 1938. As Hutton and Leyland were waiting at a red light, a lady stepped up and congratulated him. She said " Well done Len, but couldn't you have scored 1 more for all days in a year". After she left, Hutton remarked " Maurice, Can you ever satisfy a woman?".

Yousuf is actually on 1547. Nver trust the cricinfo Live commentary for stats....for that matter, don't trust them to anything.

and your source of info is?

oh so only 163 more needed for Yousuf to break VIV Richards record .......... cool , inshallh he will get most of them today .Would loveto see him get couple hundred runs at karachi ,that would be Icing on the cake.

howstat, and even cricinfo have 1547. The commentator from the cricinfo live commentary used the wrong figure.

let me find links for you. It's weird because it's between and match so you have to know when they updated.

136.3 Gayle to Abdul Razzaq, SIX, Bosh! There he goes. Runs down the track and sends the ball flying over deep midwicket fence. Razzaq is on the go here. Hang on!

136.4 Gayle to Abdul Razzaq, no run, Oooh.... almost stumped. Again he goes down the track, backing outside the leg stump in the process, goes for a wild swing but is beaten by the turn. It kept low, Ramdin had it in his gloves but he was standing too far away from the stumps and couldn't whip off the bails in time

What kind of wicket one should expect in Karachi?

if it was 0-0 or 1-0 down a green seamer, because we are 1-0 expect a placid dead track!

1-0 win against Windies at home will be worst possible result for Pakistan.

I gave you the howstat link....do you actually not trust that I've spent time looking this up?

Well i am just trying to figure out either cricinfo or the stat you gave me whichone is right

stop being picky.

Even cricinfo have corrected themselves already.

If the stat given by you are right then MoYo needs another 152 runs to break the record

Even cricinfo, in their stat section, has the same stat as Howstat. There is no discrepency there. The discrepency was just that whoever was writing the live commentary for this match used an oudated figure. They make stupid mistakes like that all the time.

The stats he gave you they are right ,now give it a rest man, itsj ust cricket.

Come on Moyo play some big shots.

hes on 187* at moment.

142.1 Gayle to Mohammad Yousuf, no run, quick single. On the legs, tickled to short fine leg where Lendle Simmons, the substitute, was slow to react and they rushed across

say what now?

Razzaq goes for 80, i guess hes saved his place in team for next 2 years!

At least we didnt become the first team to lose a test to the touring windies in 7 years !

Oh my god. Again, he's out in the 190's AGAIN.

Third time he's out in the 190's in this year, he also had a 170.

Man he should have played some shots way before. I had a feeling this will happen. I cant belive it..... Anyhow the game is saved.

Oh well, if a batsman in the team has a problem when they get into the 190s then thats a very good problem to have!

I am so happy that moyo got out. I just hate him. Lara man of the match. YEAH hahahaha Thank God that he got out.

Well i think for someone who has seen the match, that was a pathetic bowling display from Westindies. That is a tad too negative. Shame on westindies...

WOW hasan take it easy, why do you HATE him you know him ?

MOYO took 1000000000 balls when he was in the 190ties own fault but very good knock !

Why do you say that, Pak would have done the same thing too.

Hasan I am gonna take a wild guess that YOU don't like pakistani team ,specially MOYO.
That is sad but still you have the right to your choice.

look at some great players they dont waist so many balls to complete 200 or 300. LARA crossed 380 with a SIX.

and afridi score a century in 37 balls ,that doesn't make afridi batter then lara in ODI's.

Pak would never had done the same thing. I have never seen such negative bowling, and it was so stupid of the umpires not to get involved.

This was an international match going on, and people had paid to watch it. *** were Dave and Gayle trying to do ?? :12:

And mind you people did not pay to watch westindies bowl, rather they paid to watch yousouf or lara bat.

Thats because the opposition werent trying to bowl six feet outside leg.

They were bowling so wide that the leg-slip was doing all the keeping.
