Pakistan (242/7) defeat South Africa (239/9) by 3 wickets in a nail biting encounter to win the 1st ODI

Agha Salman must keep maximum strike.

Is he stupid how easily he keeps giving strike to Naseem and previously Shaheen.

He needs to score these runs.

If he wins it for us boot out Imran Niazi the pathetic hack forever.

It should be an easy win from here unless wickets are lost. Run a ball 3 overs left with a set batsman.

If we lose from here,

Do NOT let Agha Salman go unpunished!!!!

He’s the real culprit here along with that stupid Irfan Niazi.

Why on earth he keeps giving strike to Shaheen and Naseem?

Is he brain dead???

He absolutely knows both can’t bat specially can’t pick Shamsi.
What about Babar & Rizwan? For how long they will get free ride??

He should bat at number 4
Man this guy has always had some sort of confidence with the bat that a lot of our batsmen haven't even had. If it wasn't for his composure, we'd have two more Ls than we already do against Afghanistan.

His bowling doesn't have venom at the moment but he has potential to chip in cameos with the bat. I've never understood why Babar and Rizwan see Shaheen to be a superior bat when he's just a slogger. Naseem on the other hand actually knows how to nudge the ball when required

Classic old school ODI match vibe this, it had almost everything, dropped catches, run out, bad running, good batting by saim and salman, spinners make it hard for batsman to score, and some out standing umpiring for me the umpire was the stand out of the match

Salman Agha is my pick for Man of the Match. He not only picked up four crucial wickets but also showed incredible composure while chasing 240. His calm presence guided Saim during his innings, keeping him grounded and lifting him up when he reached his century. Salman also did his best to knock some sense into the tailenders, Shaheen and Naseem, who seemed intent on going for glory shots and risking their wickets. His leadership, patience, and all around performance were outstanding.
