I don't doubt that.

However for his genuine critics and I repeat Genuine critics Not those like @Major who hated him just cause Misbah's vision of Babar and rizwan opening t20 was getting disrupted.

You can understand why people were unhappy. He was rubbish in t20 for a while. Last game was his first solid t20 knock, and in test he hasn't produced a good knock.

However tbf to saim, when he first appeared in the domestic circuit, he struggled for a year before becoming a domestic goat.

He seems to be the type to take a year to adjust to something new before kicking off.

It's just with some people you can see the way they play in domestic cricket and give them more chances than usual to come good. He's not a hack like Farhan, Usman, or Azam Khan, and he genuinely grinds in every format in domestic cricket. But for sure, he did deserve a little criticism, but he has also been stuck in a batting order conundrum since he came and weird dressing room culture with Babar and Rizwan hogging everything. I'm just glad the board persisted with him. Nobody is free of criticism

I back saud shakeel for the same reason. He should be pak's no 4 and not rizwan.

Saud is a natural against spin, very handy in the middle overs.
