they will get ipl contracts and local leagues pay good as well.. Once you represent Ranji team you can earn 15-25 Lacs a year which is a really good salary to have a decent life in India tbh...That's why the carrot is that if you want to earn Millions like Kohli, Dhoni,Sharma et all. .work your *** off..
