The highest is 94/0 vs Ban in 2002. Partnership was between Afridi and Naveed Latif. It was mostly Afridi's doing. They even played a maiden and had a chance to score even more
 
Will be embarrassing if Pakistan only plays 2 games in Pakistan and 1 in dubai during ct25
 
Keep an eye on the required rr at the time Rizwan arrived and the required rate by the time he gets out

Nothing embarassing Pak are the worst team in the world in my opinion including windies who are not even here...i am.sure match against Bangladesh will be our world cup final
 
What a shame to lose to a B team while playing low intensity must win match at home.
 
Tayyab Tahir, Salman Agha, Khushdil Shah has no business in this team.

Babar and Rizwan should be kicked off if they fail to put performance in CT.

Hasnain is poor mans Sami, can't survive in International cricket.
 
Pakistan lacks batters who can play risk free cricket and get 6 - 8 runs an over , technically they lack , and then when required rate goes up they leave that for lower order .
 
credit to pak for keeping the tradition alive of making legends out of ordinary bowlers.

Even after playing so many OD these players fail to win a game on there own .

Hasnain has become a 4 over bowler.
 
if we can get to around 200 in 30 overs without losing any further wicket,then we have a chance

Shrewd way to look at it. He was on the non strikers end on the wicket maiden over when Fakhar fell. And he's also not responsible for the dot balls others play

Zimbu is the most impactless batsman i have seen. He has scored 6000 odi runs but not a single impactful knock in his career.

Zimbabar should be nowhere near the team but Pakistan don't have any decent batsman in the whole of Pakistan.
 
Pakistan simply does not ability against spinners now , most teams will play 2 full time spinners against Pakistan in CT , trust me.

He played some good innings during his earlier days. For example, in 2019 WC, he scored a matchwinning century against New Zealand.

But, I agree that no impactful knock in recent times.
 
Pakistan needed a pace bowling all rounder in the playing XI , three specialist pacers plus one spinner makes the batting very shallow.
 
Tbf atm i believe rizwan and Agha are batting fine. Match is balanced, and they need to rebuild, can't go bang bang.

My issue is once platform is set, let's say they reach around 180 to 190 by over 30 without losing a wicket, Then what? These 2 can't launch?

And what if they get out before that? Then everything will be a waste by default? This is the issue with batters who can't loft.

If someone like klaseen was playing like this, no would complain cause he has a track record of catching up and punishing oppositions.

Rizwan? Agha? Babar? Not so much.

He's your best test batter for pakistan. That is a fact. He's the only batter who avg 50+, and the only one who actually has quality match winning centuries in test cricket.

He's no YK, nor is he an atg, but he is a solid compact test batter.

He's not suited for odi, but he's still > KG as a batsmen.

Maybe 175-180. General rule of thumb is that a score can be doubled if wickets are kept in hand. Although with Pakistan, rules don't apply. Anything is possible. Who knows, maybe Happyheart will hit a 50 ball century

Lol he failed so hard in australia and south africa and recently against West Indies in pakistan.
Once again he is way too overrated and doesn't have any skills.
Pathetic player with midget height.
