China is heavily overpopulated which is why they themsleves encourage and facilitate settlement. It's not done out of respite, it's just done to allow China some space.

For example in Australia, a Chinese migrants can get a 5 year stay without doing anything, they just have to apply and that 5 year stay is plenty of time for them to eventually switch to PR/Citizenship.

Indian goverment does no such thing, they do not encourage their migrants to leave or help facilitate anything. Indian mogrants willingly choose to leave because deep in their hearts they know India sucks as a nation and it's QOL index is extremely low.

All these die hard indians over here, Many of them like @Rajdeep Have already renounced his Indian citizenship for a UK citizenship. Even if he hasn't and is a dual citizen, he ain't living in India and won't ever return if offered yet delusionally pretends to be a part of them

MEA had a briefing an hour back with all details about last night Pakistan drone and missile attempts in about 15 cities which were thrawted by Air Defence. They also acknowledge heavy shelling in pooch sector and loss of civilains. It was a very balanced briefing. Take a look at youtube ( if you are outside Pakistan). There was no chest thumping, just pure facts.
 
Contacts established between national security advisers of Pakistan and India: FM Dar

Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has told Reuters that contacts were established between the offices of the national security advisers of India and Pakistan.

He further said that the hotline between the India-Pakistan director general of military operations was also working.

In an interview with TRT World Dar said that Pakistan stands ready to respond to any act of war from the other side “in a befitting manner.”

He added that India’s objective behind the escalation of the military conflict was to get rid of the Indus Waters Treaty.

“Pakistan has the right (to retaliate) because last night, perhaps it needs clarification, we did not take escalatory mode or move. We only acted in defence.”

Wrong. India allows people to have an OCI card, which stands for Overseas Citizen of India. They have essentially all the rights of an Indian citizen apart from buying agricultural land.

Oh ic, I didn't even know that, cause I'm a dual citizen. I have both PK and Aussie nationality.

I would never ever give up or renounce my Pakistani citizenship, not because Pakistan offers me any benefits, but because I am not willing to let go of my roots.

Crazy how they sell their soul yet pretend as if still exists.

I guarantee you, if you offer these guys any of the following passports

A) US
B) UK
C) Au/NZ
D) Canada
E) Any EU (Germany, Ireland etc etc)

It wouldn't take them a 2nd to migrate, they'd drop their jobs, leave their homes and instantly settle for Uber Eat driver positons in a heart beat.

No Indian in their right mind would ever claim, Naw we are staying. Which begs the question, why so patriotic towards a country you wanna run away from?

Strange that you teach an Indian about the realities of India. Did you ever visit India? I understand people are riled up, but this radicalized youth doesnt seem to match the ground reality. India has become the global GCC hub. If Chinese manufacturing deserves credit, so does out IT exports. Enough of these call center taunts when 90% of the leading global MNCs have Global Capability centers in India.

Whats wrong with economic immigration? Last year number of people leaving Pakistan was higher than India FYI. Did you not leave your country for better prospects?
 
The UK Foreign Minister said India is right to feel outrage at this terrible attack on 22 April. He called upon Pakistan to do more to tackle the terror threat within its own borders.

An OCI card is only if you were a citizen of India. It won't apply to your next of kin or future family members who were born their.

Adults- Who were previously Indian Citizens.
Adults- Who with parents who were Indian Citizens.
Minors- With parents of Indian origin (or who qualify under category 1 & 2)
Foreign Citizens who are married to person of Indian origin for a period longer than 2 years at the time of applying for OCI Card.

^^ This is the list, meaning by the time you have grandkids it won't apply for them, They can forget about being Indian citizens even if they are Indian by race.

It'll only apply to you, and your children and it ends with them.

Not the case with countries that genuinely have dual nationality allowance where even 20 generations down the line, they will still have access and rights to both until and unless they renounce it or do something stupid which causes it to be renounced.

What are you on about? There was also a PIO card -- Person of Indian Origin, which is now merged with OCI.

Even people who had never visited India could get a PIO card. And now they can apply for an OCI card.

This is on the official Indian goverment website, I checked both and you are 100% wrong.

If you are right, then ig the Indian government is so incompetent that they can't even provide information properly.
 
Schools and other educational institutions remained closed today as well here in jammu and other districts of jammu region.

People are speaking up against this war even hindus are speaking up.

Here hindu terrorists are gloating about this unnecessary war while jammu and kashmir is suffering yet again.

How would these people know if they have never suffered.

People near border areas have displaced from their homes and they are being stationed at some government buildings.

In fact, there is "special" treatment meted out to OCI card holders. Separate and smaller queues at the airport, for instance.

There's also talks about expanding rights given to OCI card holders, which might happen pretty soon.

Nikkami army and brainwashing.... You defined India accurately. I would add getting humiliated as well with losing jets and getting their army camps decimated. All that budget and population, and all you are left with is embarrassment and humiliation and can't even take on a country which is 1/6th of your size. Indians ko aukaat yaad dila de hai. Has investigation been over yet on the destroyed jets or is it still ongoing? :)

You can add as many tongue twisters as you like but it doesn't change the reality.

You could claim that the goverment gives Indian by race benefits, in the same way how Australian citizens are given exclusive benefits by NZ and vice versa but that doesn't qualify you to be an actual citizen.

You have still chosen to disregard your country and swap to another by Legality.

It's the same story with UAE, their willing to give golden visas which let's you stay forever but you're never a citizen even if you can buy land and start businesses or buy houses etc etc. You are not an emrati with a golden visa in the same way you're not a part of India with a OCI.

Passport is the only legal document that asserts it.
 
India using drones as they harder to be detected and much lower cost when they are bing demolished by Pakistan, and their Pilots do not lose their lives on RaFails, due to Ruffall they suffered so far.

Indian flight cancellations are like 3-5% of overall schedule while Pakistan’s cancellations are 17-20%. Its not India’s fault that less people use flights in Pakistan. And its not something to brag about.
 
Pakistan has ‘excercised strategic restraint’ but ‘deserves to respond’: Foreign Minister

Pakistan’s foreign minister Ishaq Dar is currently holding a briefing. Here’s what he said:

Pakistan “categorically denies” any actions that would impact the civilian population in India. “We deeply empathise with civilians”, Dar said.
Several armed Indian drones violated Pakistani airspace, while New Delhi also made attempts to attack military installations.

Pakistan has so far “excercised strategic restraint” and limited its response strictly for self defense in acordance with international law and the UN charter.

“Pakistan deserves to respond to India at a place, time and manner of its choosing,” said Dar.

Pakistan PM says territorial integrity defended at ‘all costs’ in call with US’s Rubio

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity will be defended “at all costs” in a phone call with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Rubio emphasised the need for India and Pakistan to work closely to de-escalate the situation, the Pakistani government said in a statement.

The US official also noted that Washington was closely monitoring the situation and was committed to promoting peace and stability in the region.

Genius, what does 'Citizen' inside OCI stand for?

You have essentially all the rights granted to an OCI card holder as an Indian. One can't buy agricultural land, which is fine. Can't hold a Government position, which makes sense as it's a conflict of interest.

And people choose to 'surrender' their passports for other legal reasons, in case they are not happy with the restrictions applied to a Green Card or an ILR in the UK.

It's a giant stretch to assume people who surrender their passport have given up on their motherland.

Moreover, there are talks going on to INCREASE the rights given to OCIs, so there's that.

Rally don't understand the arrogance of the indian posters here. You haven't achieved anything so far. You have attacked civilians, mosques and sent in drones to civilian areas and in all this lost 5 jets. Honestly trying to understand where you guys are coming from. Pakistan haven't even taken any offensive measuers so far. What will you do when Pakistan attacks you and there is no dobut that attack will come..
