The Intl XI has been confirmed.

A decent World XI squad. Funny seeing two Pakistani players in a sqaud to face Pakistan.

Yeah....seems like a decent XI. Would really love to see Mo Akram and Azhar Mahmood tonked to all corners by Afridi and co! Would be hilarious!

cool!

Do you really think I'm going to fly in from Kuwait to watch a charity game? :) I wish it was true, but sadly it isn't.

I'll pay for your match ticket, accomodation and flight. Just give me your bank details.

look i wooked my ricket 8th June, they said theyll be sent on the 10th June, i still havent got them, have any of you lot actually recieved tickets

We should all have out tickets this time next week..

we should organise summat for all the pakpassion members afterwards - meet up somewhere

make it an official PakPassion trip!

Got 5 tickets for this in block 9 i think. I tried getting them in blocks 10-15 which i think is the main stand but it kept coming back as 'not enough tickets to meet your request'

Should be a nice bit of knock around fun and it is for charity so lets not shame ourselves by not turning the oval into a sea of green for the occasion.

Just got in, and noticed that my tickets have arrived. A day later than expected, but hey are here!

Hope you all got yours...

hope mine have arrived too wen i get home this evening

so i'll ask again....those of us goin to this game - do u wanna meet up afterwards somewhere?

would be good to put faces to names...

Looks like Tendulkar will be playing in the 20\20 charity match and Saqlain Mushtaq has been brough into the squad too.

Sachin Tendulkar has been added to an all-star International XI for a game at The Oval to raise money for the Pakistan earthquake relief fund.

Tendulkar joins India team-mates Rahul Dravid and Mahendra Dhoni in the side to play Pakistan under Twenty20 rules.

Around 13,000 tickets have already been sold for the game on 10 July.

"I'd like to thank Sachin for his support in this event and previous charity matches held at the Brit Oval," said Surrey chief Paul Sheldon.

"It is fantastic to have one of the world's greatest batsmen on show.

"His presence, along with the other great players on display, will go a long way to ensuring that the day will be a huge success."

Tendulkar has not played international cricket since rupturing a tendon in his shoulder during India's home series against England in March.

But in recent weeks he has been testing out his fitness in a series of appearances for the Kent-based Lashings World XI, which have also helped raise money for charity.

It has gone well so far with two centuries and an innings of 98 to his credit.

Tendulkar is hoping to make his comeback for India in a triangular one-day series against Sri Lanka and South Africa in August.

International XI to face Pakistan: R Dravid (capt), MS Dhoni, S Tendulkar, M Muralitharan, B Lara, C Cairns, M Ntini, A Hall, S Styris, A Mahmood, M Akram, S Mushtaq.

I actually cant wait for it - anyone have a week long forecast for London?

Apparently there are still tickets available for this match, I'm tempted of buying some but I'm not sure if I should considering I live so far away and because of work.

13 000 sold to date - so thats approx 6-7000 unsold I imagine.

weather forcastes for more than 3 or 4 days in advance tend to be quite unreliable.

Doubt there'll be any halal meat, but shud have vegetarian stuff. Nearest tube station is oval on the northern line, or vauxhall on the victoria line, which isn't far either.

Any confirmation as to whether this will be on Sky Sports??

Any idea how far Victoria Station is from the Oval?

No idea.

Though you could probably get to Vauxhall from Victoria (or if not Waterloo, which will take you to Vauxhall)
