Indeed but also it’s not like the spinners you are selecting are match winners of the calibre of Qadir, Mushtaq, Saqlain or Saeed Ajmal — no they are part timers no better than Hafeez and Malik , who incidentally are also in the playing XI and available to cover 20 overs of ‘keep it tight and let the strike bowlers rest’ kind of part-time spin if you need it.

The public interest will always be there due to the history and rivalry between the two countries - like any sporting rivalry, take football and you have the Merseyside derby between Liverpool and Everton if anyone remembers back in 80s with the great Liverpool team and a mediocre Everton team, but it still created so much hype and media interest.

Try and reading what I siad before getting the speech out mate I dont get depressed by sports but you were absolutely gutted when Fakhar and Babur were out there... I was telling you the pattern Pakistan bats it is not that I think Indian bowlers are great and this target is not chaseable I know what Pakistani batsmans are capable of.

If this was England or so chasing things would have been different.

Well Kuldeep took game away from Pakistan. Babar got a beauty and fakhar was perfectly set up. The ball before fakhar got out was a beauty he was beaten and then tried to sweep the next ball which was too close to be swept and got out. Perfect set up.

So Pakistani batting didn't throw the match it was snatched by Kuldeep by bowling beautifully.

Hafeez and Shoaib Malik just threw it away. Hafeez was out to a rubbish delivery and Shoaib Malik was never looking in form throughout the world cup. I think this was his last innings he won't play any more matches.
