Basically, BCCI wants it this way: Heads, we win, tails, you lose...only way for PCB to be even remotely considerd to be winning it is if the coin stands on it's side; but then again, if that happens, they can always use a non-political jest of an action (Hassan Ali's silly little gesture) and turn it in to something bigger than even the nat'l crime popular in India
Seriously, going by the over-reaction times a million by BCCI and their non-paid lawyers and fans etc, it is as if Hassan Ali touched a raw nerve
when in fact all they are trying is to divert attention from their case which is pretty weak in my opinion!
What they (BCCI) are trying right now was explained to me by a friend a while back 'Kisi keh paisay naa dainy hon to us sai larayi ker lo' (If you owe money to someone, just start a fight with him)...that gets you out of jail for good
