Thats a BIG difference given his line length type of bowling,

He still bowls in the mid to high 80s at the start of the match and then slows down. Which is what humans do when they get tired.

He does have the odd action now when bowling the outswinging deliveries.

Perhaps you're right...Anyway I dont think its the pace thing overall..You can bowl at around 80 mph and be effective as Asif has been in the past..Just seems that his deliveries were lacking something...Anyway, hopefully Clarkes wicket will lift our boys...

Still think we need to concentrate outside offstump for Katich and not get tempted to try and bowl him round the legs or to pin him LBW...I know he was out earlier LBW (not given) but that was from a very good swinging delivery from Amir...Now that he's go his eye in we need to start concentrating on testing out his offside play..

Asif could have easily had three wickets today. He bowled beautiful outswingers which were intelligently left by Clarke. This is DITTOO how he bowled in Newzealand, with the same pace and received a lot of success. I dont see Australia scoring more than 350 in this game, which when considering the depth of their batting will be pretty decent effort by Pakistan.
