250 Runs is all Pak needs,,,,,, to win this one and they would bowl ENG out for about 180 and Pak sets them a target of 275 and ENG all out 220..

Wassup.

A bit disappointed with YK and especially Azhar, this series matters the most and they're yet to show. These two need to ensure getting to 250, the rest can probably push it to around 300. Then it's our bowlers turn. :)

Yeah those guys have disappointed, too much is now resting on Misbah and Asad to make big scores. But it looks like it's going to be a hard fought test match as a result.

Great placement by Asad. He has seriously nailed those cut shots today. :14:

Pakistan | 1st Innings | 4/188 | 70 Overs | RR 2.69

Evening Session | 0/11 | 5 Overs

People say england have the best bowling line up LOL
how come? is it coz these medium pacers get to ball on green tops mostly and still there career averages are 30 plus :D

We lost two big wickets, though we scored at a healthy rate but the wicket also has eased out. Bravo pakistan for not losing anymore wickets but the scoreline favors england only just slightly.

Most teams will be happy to only lose 2 wickets per session and that is how most international and first class teams plan their day

Good Effort - Now the hard work begins Asad, difference between average and class players who make it count

well done to the lad

well done to the team

llast time I saw Pakistan grind it out under pressure was in the days of Miandad

good honest test cricket from a determined team against no 1 side

I am very happy that shafiq scored 50 and even more happy due to that junaid khan is playing.

Well played boys.

Asad - glad you have proven me wrong. Now keep going...

300 is a good score if we can survive the new ball and get there.
