If Afridi came and bowled and gave away couple of 4s. question would be "why the hell is Afridi"! Rana was not bowling to Ricky Ponting! He was bowling to sajid and yardy who were under tremendous pressure. Rana always blows hot and cold. I have seen him bowl tremendously well. Also i have seen him to be mediocre.

Sajid Mahmood is a strange cricketer; He becomes public enemy number 1 on Friday because of his awful bowling, but now he his the man who all the English want to buy a pint for with this good all-round performance. I still don't think he's international standard, but he performed well today; He gets my vote for MOM.

A nice victory for England, although 2-2 flatters them. Still, it's the result that counts, not the manner in which it was achieved.
