I wouldn't say was pathetic innings thats far fetched at 58-3 he done well but the last few overs he's batted slow jus when he needed to kick on hits a poor shot.

You're right. I exaggerated a bit. It wasn't an impressive innings. He came in and steadied the ship but needed to do what Malik has done and improve his strike rate while staying on as long as possible to give us a fighting total. The way he got out makes his contribution a bit meaningless if we don't get to a decent total
