Probably is and for good reason, but Eng has games left against Aus,Ind,Nz and all of a sudden then look the most vulnerable of the lot. Eng and Pak can beat NZ and then NZ have game against Aus. So, I would say that there is a minor chance only three of that list makes it to semis.

Rashid Khan is the worst spinner in the world pads his stats against the lowest ranked minnows. Morgan really put him in his place. If India was trying against him they would of clobbered him too.

IND will qualify by next game (again 11 points with better NRR); Aussies need 1 win to be out of reach. Left is only Poms - who won't lose 4 games at stress. Even if there is a tie or rain (provided PAK is on 11 points), Poms are well ahead in NRR - their loss to PAK comes later than NRR.
