Lankans struggle to cross 200 these days. Their batting is shambles and without Mathews, their batting is below Zimbo level.
 
Hasan, Hafeez and Shadab will rattle the Sri Lankans.

Expecting a win by 30-40 runs minimum.

Wouldn't write them off, especially after their tail enders in the last game, they're riding on confidence.

Kusal Mendis will also play for Sri Lanka for years to come.
 
If Hasan Ali takes another 3-fer or better again, then we can all say for certain that this man will get 300+ wickets, way more depending on his fitness over time
 
Won't be as easy to bat. SL will get a good start but they won't make it. Hassan will become third quickest to 50 ODI wickets with a 5-fer. (that's what I hope happens, at least)

rumman raees will take 4 wicket

Pakistan is seriously lacking good middle order batsmen right now. Better give inzi nephew a chance and must bring back harris sohail in the side. How can u bench a good batsmen like him beyond someone's imagination. Mickey is sleeping pakistan need proper 3 middle order batsmen right now. Hafeez and Malik should play as an allrounders.
 
Babar and Shabad should have gone after the bowling attack after 45 overs. Left it too late. We might be 20 runs short here. Unless pakistan bowling attack prove me wrong.
 
Match is 60-40 in favour of Srilanka.But they have to play well and most importantly they should have believe in themselves which is seriously lacking in Srilankan camp after all those thumpings recently.
 
Early wickets needed and spinners will have to do some damage also and probably need to come into gsme early. Pakistan do look 40 runs short of a good total here.
 
Magnificent recovery - considering the size and pace of the Abu Dhabi field, this is like 270 on most Indian grounds. Add to that the worst ODI wicket of mankind ........

I think, PAK has to bowl & field really poor to lose it; heavy dew might help Lankans, but otherwise this wicket is going to disgust everyone once the new balls have lost their shine.

By far the best innings by Babar of his career. Babar, Shadab, Hari, Hasan & Raees actually are proving that Inzi'll need lot more excuses than customary over exploited term "experience", if he is to deny 4/5 younger players for his pals.
 
4 leg byes, Pakistan and especially Fakhar missed out on all of those leg stump deliveries

I dont mind if Inzi bring his nephew as long as he is talented and can play international cricket. Inzi need to stop selecting shahzad and hafeez. Pakistan need to move on now. Must select new batsmen who can play both form of the game and will have 50 odis under their belt till next WC. Malik is a great ODI player and he must play on as long as he is fit.
 
We are wasting the series by playing same failures instead of giving chance to promising players.

As usual newbies will be tried out against weaker opponents such as Australia and England. Don't you worry.

shadab looke better than hafiz,immmy shezzy and sarfo...many will,not agree but i have to tell..
 
Sarfraz is fast losing his utility in the odi team , needs to get in some sort of form with gloves and bat.
 
Je needs to attack and attack, you can’t sit back and wait for lbw or bowled.
 
But but but Junaid Khan is a liability who should be dropped :sree
 
This is the captain of Sri Lanka being absolutely squared up by Rumman. What a bowler!

Mian won't be as good as Imad in 2 years time, WITH BAT, in the month of June in UK. He is a good team man & should be in squad - at lest this guy isn't that harmful senior, but MoHa, Azhar, Ahmed ...... PCB has appointed a WK as Captain, who isn't good at his core skills - it should cost somewhere. Personally, I'll never appoint WK as Captain, never for PAK team.
 
Lanka going the absolute wrong way of chasing a small target... you do what Aussies of 2000s used to do... Get off to a blinder even if you lose 3 or 4 wickets you would have made enough headway in the target that the other bats can see you through.

If you just tuk tuk and absorb pressure you will lose wickets.
 
Raeez is better than Amir I think. I feel like I am watching Wasim bowl to hapless batsmen.

He is getting the ball to move both ways in the Desert. I wonder what Raeez can do in England in Tests.
