Panamagate Case: Supreme Court disqualifies Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in unanimous verdict

Noorani derbari in big trouble judges are not happy with his news and there is going to be investigation how he got access to final report... He can be arrested and a case can be registered against him

Next hearing on 17 July (next monday). All parties will be given copies of final report so expecting the report to come out on Media in a couple of hours although JIT head requested that some sensitive parts of the report shouldn't be made public immediately.

Haha and now SC ordered report about Govt ads to news channels and how much money was paid! Geo/Jang in big big trouble...
 
SC order to give full protection to JIT members and their families. Institutions/Govt are ordered to ask for SC permission before taking any action against JIT members in future. SC also ordered FIA to probe who hacked and used JIT members and their families social media accounts.

The JIT report consist of 11 Volumes. SC ordered to hold Vol #10 (on request of JIT) which is about foreign investment details (to be used later in investigation) & release the rest of the report (10 Volumes)

SC is making sure the job security of JIT members and this alone is a massive achievement because now an example is set and many govt workers will feel secure instead of taking pressure when they become part of an investigation against Govt.

Haven't the SC took action of contempt of court in relation to the initial reports that declared NS innocent?

Yes but Danny again did it after coming out of SC before few minutes that's why i am asking WTH is wrong with them? It looks like they are preparing for war against SC just like 1997 when the attacked SC.

Daniyal Aziz is a major darbari so not suprised! The SC should take action against all darbaris for contempt of court over the past several months!

And the list is from 2013 to 2015 so imagine how much Geo, Dunya, Express and co made in 2016/17 when they acted more loyal thn typical derbaris during Panama case.

Just look at the amount paid to small channel like Abb Tak and Capital News :facepalm:

Looks like N league's new strategy is to twist the boxes of evidence gathered by the JIT as their own evidence. How stupid do they think people are?
 
I think Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz will be off the hook - Hussain Nawaz and Hassan Nawaz will take the flak since they do not intend to enter politics anyway.

However, anything less than Nawaz Sharif's disqualification should be unacceptable to PTI and the Pakistani people. If SC fails to deliver justice then people should take to the streets and march on Raiwind - a bloody revolution is the only answer then.

Nawaz and Sons failed to prove their innocence in front of JIT and provided no documents or money trail. Reference recommended by JIT against Nawaz Sharif, Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz with NAB for further investigation.... Maryam is so far safe but her future looks dark if these 3 are found guilty.

So Noorani story about NS was big lie and a last attempt by Jang Geo to save Nawaz?

In short JIT report is "Sharif Family has income beyond means"

So they are found guilty and were unable to prove their innocence...
 
Can't edit my last post but there is an update Resp #6 (Maryam) name is also there in recommended reference. So the whole family is there!
