Hmm, never been a huge fan of all-rounders in these type of leagues tbh, they tend to be useless with the bat and expensive with the ball. Plus we already have Asghar, two more emerging spinners seems kind of pointless.

My vote's for the second combo.

In one of the leagues I once played as an AR with the highest contract and contributed with both bat and ball, and the team won the T20 tournament.

I'm fine with the second combo, just a bit wary that if we play the allrounder, his 4 overs could cost us a game

Contributions were middling, 1-2 wickets occasionally and a few runs with just one decent knock.
