Over these PSL seasons, the majority of Quetta vs Peshawar matches have always been interesting to watch, a good rivalry IMO, even though they are not actually rivals.

Especially in the earlier editions of PSL
 
Both teams this season are difficult to support. QG because of their policies and PZ due to having a poor squad.
 
Mohammad Irfan will be available for selection tonight against Peshawar Zalmi as he had Covid in last 28 days and his rapid antigen test result was negative.

I'm going with Quetta - The English top order will prevail setting a score is their forte.

Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me though. Sure he hasn’t performed well in the previous games but he was sent in late last game and played 2 balls. If they didn’t drop him prior to the last game, don’t understand why they’ve dropped him now
 
These two deliveries is the kind of stuff we Pakistan fans get excited about. Naseem is the perfect foil for Shaheen, and I hope he works hard to become an international class bowler.

Haris looks very good. Shame NZ pulled out because he was in that ODI squad
 
Feel sorry for peshawar due to what Roy is going to do to their bowling attack
 
Peshawar can't afford to drop even one chance given early by Roy - he might alone win this game then. He will most likely give a chance early.
 
Noor Ahmed is rubbish

He bowls too many half trackers and wide deliveries
 
Zalmi are so boring under Wahab, plus does he have something against Pukhtoon players. Sameen Gul, Arshad Iqbal are warming up the bench while the no good Salman Irshad has been getting every single game even though he is getting destroyed all around.

Then you have Haider Ali dropped, and someone like Yasir Khan only given 2 games and then dropped whil ehe was improving and looked promising.

I was surprised by how quickly Yasir was dropped as he looked promising. Haider only has himself to blame. He doesnt seem to improve.

Yasir provided good starts. Similarly, Sameen Gul wasn't too bad with his 2 wickets considering that economy is similar or better than Salman Irshad who has no potential of improvement what so ever.

Yes, Sameen should have been given more of a chance. I'm surprised Karachi let go of Arshad given that he had done very well for them in the past. Just another sign that Karachis selection was awful this year.
 
Amazing hitting. QG now with one less fielder outside the circle. Has to have 5 in normally 4 due to slow over rate.

Pretty petty for Cutting to hold a grudge for something so trivial for so long. I wonder if Tanvir made any comments regarding Cutting going unsold in the IPL which riled him up?

Yasir was dropped unfairly and Sameen should have been given more chances.
