[Pictures] Pakistan Cup 2016 : Balochistan beat Islamabad by 3 wickets

But But But But Azhar Ali is very professional and he hasn't had any discipline issues he Bats at the sr of 75+ infact 80 or 90 He is the deserving captain  of pur national team!

your username checks out. It also confirms your intellectual capacity. Nuff said

Umar Akmal hitting the second best bowler in Pak. Why can't he play like this in internationals?

It's one of my biggest surprise, why Umar couldn't become successful. Those 2 sixes are probably the shot of the tournament.

The game would've already gone the way Babar was playing, had umer not hit those boundaries.

Good thing his cousin is playing at the other end, otherwise Azam was trying his best to lose the match

Babar job is to stay to the end- you are supposed to bat in pairs.

His SR does not matter whilst the RRR is below 10. When you bat from the start it is totally different because you are so far out. So it is all about judging the match situation.

Babar holds his end they will win

No work ethics, professionalism, none serious approach towards game (and life in general as well) and no hard work to become successful and take his game to next level are some key reasons behind it.

We all know he possess talent but only talent can only take you so far. And UA is the best example of it.

So Babar Azam struggled through out the Pakistan Cup. Disappointing yaar we were already comparing him with kohli

Baloch still have Bilawal and Tanvir to come. But Umar is the key here. And I don't expect him to win this game for his team.

Babar is a touch player of top hand. I think, he is struggling from the slowness of the wicket.

Well he needs to slog now. His cousin single handedly made the required run rate go crazy..

He's played well so far, but he does the same thing in intl. cricket. Plays a few good shots, gives you hope, and perishes.

Mashallah nazar na lagay PP ke laal ko

Well what ive seen in past few weeks the names who were quite popular on this forum haven't performed the way i expected by the praising they were getting on this forum! In comparison SR of both Sami and Fakhar is under 86 just checked on cricinfo while the tuk tuk Shehzad is scoring at a rate of 103.33 and the leading run scorer dissapointing to see the replacements aren't good enough!

I don't think that is the real problem.... Problem is that he never improved his weakness, he had two main one:

1. His technique to play spin is very weak...
2. His defense is not that strong...

If he had improved in those areas by now he should have being far better player than he is today... Those are technical issues not really attitude issues... Not able to play spin is disappointing aspect, because Pakistani should be able to play spin better than most western nations, this is like bread and butter... Both Umar and Rizwan have basic issues against spin....

Attitude issue might be that he has not worked on improving his skills... But if people really work on their skills, then Misbah by know should have being able to play pace and would have developed more shots... In 25 years of cricket Misbah has not improved in any of his weaknesses...But we label them as they are doing best with their limited capability, as improving their game is only responsibility of the most talented ones...Everybody should work on their game not just few :(

Gohar (sla) vs Umar. Let see if Umar can survive. SLA is his biggest nemesis.

:14::13: A great explanation boy!

Let's see what Kami haters come up with next.

If he wins the game from here they'll say "what is wrong with him, his own younger bro is playing, he shouldve let Umar finish things off"

If he loses they'll say "he lost on purpose so Umar could get a good performance and so his stocks inprove"

Doesn't matter what they say. He's captained better than Mibah and played a match winning knock.

Agree but apart from these technical aspects, isn't it attitude problem that he doesn't take his game seriously? To me is it a big problem. You can never become successful in life toward anything if you've such attitude.

Yes, Rizwan has same issue but his attitude is way better then Umar. Therefore, Ive more hope from former then latter.

As for Misbah, I guess its not possible for everybody to overcome his weakness. Hes very very limited batsmen and that the reason he played for Pakistan so late. No wondering there was no room for him when Yousuf and Inzy were around.

If Umar chases this down, it'll be knock of the tournament. Islamabad has a quality attack.

People will say he won because Kami let him lol.

Akmal family can never win over here.

Lol at Proud_Selfie_Fan unfortunately for you, international cricket holds a higher importance than this forgettable tournament. Babar made shehzad look like a tailender in the NZ series and so did Hafeez. Shehzad is a known domestic bully who fails in international cricket. Babar shouldnt me mentioned in the same sentence as this joke.
