Jurel is good, he's unfortunate with RR's top heavy batting line up, so not many chances for him so far..

Kohli SR is 150, struggled to boundaries at the end.
All Other combined SR is 120

They should promote DK and Lomar instead of Maxi and Green.
 
If this was Kohli batting right now instead of Jos, he would have looked for the 100 and messed up the chase.
 
There's no point in picking Siraj for the T20 WC.
We should play one of Rohit, Kohli, or KL, but unfortunately, Rohit is the captain, and he will play.

Hard to think of a bigger loser than him up the order. Imagine playing 72 freaking balls with that SR.
 
Kohli has become more milestone driven. He can get away with it playing for India because he has another 8-9 world class players who can make up for it but in this RCB line up where the likes of Maxwell is a one innings wonder out of 5 and not much quality, he gets exposed.
 
One of Maxwell, Green should've played a cameo for RCB. While Kohli SR was only 150, the rest of them struggled massively.

Royals, KKR and SRH will be in Semis. The 4th team could be LSG.

What this is missing is the score card. Who else was scoring rapidly in those matches? Did these people eat away deliveries that a hitter could have used? Lots of info missing.

One thing is for sure. Kohli should not open. He cannot take advantage of the field restrictions that a big hitter can.

He's an opposition's dream atm with the way he's batting. He actually sucks up a LOT of balls killing the game for his own team.

Absolutely catastrophic player to have in your team.

Especially against spin he has no real big shots like he had 7 or 8 years back. He just triies to take singles of them with occasional swish across the liine. Ashwin fully explloited it.

Who says that after sucking up 72 balls with a SR of 150?
 
RCB bowling is rubbish .they can't defend any total period.
Today Maxwell and Green both played 9 balls and scored just 5 runs instead 25 runs .
They are RCB finisher so Virat can't won all the matches alone .

If Langer can bring Kohli’s downfall with a random left arm spinner, it's a serious issue on slo carrabien pitches
 
I just hope rohit will also fail in this ipl and both of the old mates will be discarded for the wc.

The problem is the opening partnership very slow considering they played many overs so upcoming batsmen will try extra hard which will backfire more often than not.. if it's 125/3 after 14th over they might have crossed 200 there..

At this point it was better for Kohli and his fans he didn't get that hundred and got out in the 90s or something.
 
Kohli needed someone to score 30 or 40 runs at 200 S/R. Most teams have batsmen that can do that by playing cameos.

RCB has Maxwell and Green who can score quick 50's at 200 S/R. But unfortunately they are all out of form. Its Kohli or bust and Kohli was never a 200 S/R batsman. He is still an accumulator for the most part.
 
Hence proved, Kohli also played a selfish inning that cost his team another game. RCB is going nowhere this season as well. Chokers of the highest order.

Romario Shephard, Jhye Richardson, Mohammad Nabi. Are these really top players. Some of them would not get into PSL teams. I think because the IPL has so many teams some of the overseas picks look ordinary.

That being said, the local talent is phenomenal which is why the league is great.
