ARY saying that SMQ wants another chance to run on a PA seat...he really wants to be CM Punjab

ARY also saying 18 independents have joined PTI, this will be announced tomorrow
 
Pervez Elahi and his people are the biggest joksters in the country. They can hardly command respect in their own home city and here they are dreaming of ruling the whole province. The only reason they were able to buy themselves NA seat was thanks to PTI's support and bunch of blind biradri followers.

They are in no position to bargain. Just slap them on the face and start the accountability with them.

For every 4.5 seats in NA you get one women reserve seat that means PTI can get around 25. For every 27 seats you get 1 minority seat.
 
PML-Q cannot be trusted. They can even ally themselves with the PML-N if they do not get what they want.

In Punjab assembly, if all independents join the PTI, then PML-Q is not required.

To add to this, SMQ has let IK know that is what he wants as well. Apparently, when he arrived for the meeting he was tense and when he left he was tense, again according to ARY.

He would be a decent choice. He is desperate to do well as he wants to take over from IK as a future PTI leader, although Assad Umer looks more suited.

I think if PML-Q backstabs PTI in the Punjab Assembly, will definitely lead to bad blood in the National Assembly as well.

Yeah, just heard Pervez Elahi on ARY. Guy sounded like he wanted to double cross PTI by aligning independents with him, along with a supposed 'forward bloc' of PMLN individuals. Thus relying on PTI's desperation to not give Punjab away to ascend to CMship (much like the Sanjrani episode).

I hope CS, Aleem Khan, and JKT get the independents on board before this snake gets a chance.

No SMQ would be a terrible choice for CM Punjab.

People say he only thinks about his own family. He already gave a ticket to his son and he would do nothing for Faisalabad, Lahore, Sahiwal, Toba etc as CM Punjab. He would give most of his energy to Multan and his followers.

As of now, that's not the case. Different channels are reporting that the independents are split 15-13 between PTI and PMLN respectively. Furthermore, there are also talks of PPP joining PMLN in the provincial governments. Finally, we have Pervez Ellahi with his knife raised behind our backs.

Things look grim for PTI in Punjab.
 
hahaha Fazlu and Asfand using Shobaz shoulder both of them didn't win and now asking Shobaz and PMLN to boycott oath taking ceremony

PPP and MQM already refused to join APC this ship is of APC is sinking pretty fast :))

Don't think age is on his side, let's say IK stays PM for 2 terms at least (hoping for 3). They are about the same age. They really need to groom a younger leader. I personally think, SMQ is playing internal politics. I think he should stick with being the Foreign Minister.

Who is best suited then?

It's a pity that Jahangir Tareen is not eligible. He seems not only loyal to IK but very active as well.
 
Pervez Ellahi won't get anything in the end. At very best he will be offered some sort of ministry. There is no chance of him.

Who are independents more likely to join? When a sitting PM calls them most of them will be over the moon.

Pervez Ellahi is trying to present his case, by claiming experience and political clout ( which has decreased immensely over the years ). He is hoping that he can change loyalties of some PML N members and then demand CM post on the basis of a N league forward block.

He won't do that because his whole cult following is based on his performance as mayor. And mayorships are going to get active again with funds coming from the federal govt. He can't risk the funds for a deranged individual who is seeing dreams of CMship with only 7 seats lol.

When is the judgment for JKTs appeal?

Personally, think, Aleem Khan or Dr. Yasmin should be considered for CM Punjab.
 
Ch Nisar is the most unfortunate guy right now he missed his chance to be CM Punjab and will now sit as a MPA
 
Can't stand listening to Diesel

Diesel saying SS has told him that he will ask his party in regards to not attending the oath ceremony. Think SS is just getting out of jail here, he has accepted defeat and will most likely attend the ceremony.

Ghulam Sarwar isn't gonna like it they are opponents from 28 years and Ghulam Sarwar Khan just gifted PTI 2 NA seats by beating Ch Nisar on both seats under PTI flag.

N league also begging help from every quarter , PPP and Q league.

I think we also have very good negotiators in JKT and CS. We only lack in doling out money. :))

Who thought 6 and 7 seats of PPP and Q league will become quintessential in the formation of new government. :))

Ghulam Sarwar has to vacate one seat anyway. So he has nothing to lose personally.

Going back to the press conference, Diesel just finding it hard to admit that he lost and his lota policy will no longer work.
 
JKT was the perfect candidate for Punjab CMship you can't find a better candidate then him right now in whole Punjab but sadly he is disqualified :/ He knows how to govern and also knows all the political tricks was an all in one package

Yeah, that was a big blow. I think he did appeal the judgment, any idea when they will announce anything on that?
 
Ch Nisar boat has sailed. We need somebody that is clean and savvy and that brings me back to SMQ, although i take the point about his desire for intrigue. Bot JKT and Aleem Khan have the saviness but until and if they are cleared, its a no no.

Even if JKT is cleared he would have to wait until next elections if I understand correctly.

Ghulam Sarwar will vacate his home seat NA63 Taxila/Wah instead of NA59 the home seat of Ch Nisar and we are so strong there at NA63 Ch Nisar stand no chance against us there in by elections.
 
Then it comes down to Dr Yasmin Rasheed, Fawad Chaudhry. Dr sahiba has shown to be active and caring towards her people in her halka.

Fawad would be the ideal information minister in my opinion. He is sharp and could give the media a tough time.
 
Does anyone know what happened to Alamgir of Fixit?He was contesting on a provincial seat from Karachi.
 
Salman Naeem who couldnt get a ticket from PTI, fought as an Independent candidate against SMQ and also beaten SMQ, has now again joined PTI.

diesel is in full pain because he was part every every freaking govt from last 2, 3 decades and this time he is not even MNA :))
 
Pervez Elahi was always a cunning snake. Impending accountability drive will target him as well.

If PTI fails to make government in Punjab, I think we will see election again in a year or two.

There is no way we are going to give Ch Nisar the CMship he missed the train IK personally called and met him but his ego was too big and now he is late
 
The chance of JKT winning his appeal is minimal. It isn't even an appeal, it's a review petition which only lets you debate any blatant mistakes made in the judgement.
 
Saad Rafique won PP seat? he is expected to be Opposition leader in Punjab if PMLN sits in opposition benches otherwise Hamza will be CM. This decision clearly shows PMLN is confused otherwise Shobaz had been CM candidate not Hamza.

WTH man :)) same happened in DG Khan to fulfill ECP 5% quota of giving tickets to female candidates we refused giving a ticket to our strong male candidate on PP seat and he ended up as winner against our female candidate he was on baalti symbol but used PTI colors and banners lol

Talking about margins, Sardar Zulfiqar Khosa (PTI) lost to his cousin Sardar Amjad Farooq Khan Khosa ( independent, one of the candidates who returned party ticket of N league ) by 195 votes.

The number of rejected votes is 5000
