This contest is exclusive to PPFMC and only users who are managing a team can take part in it. Assistant managers can participate if the senior manager is absent.

Rules also don't say that if both manager and assistant post their prediction then i will take manager's prediciton over assistant's even if it came in late. Geez guys, don't just take advantage of various loopholes. Trust me on this, it isn't that i am favouring Ibad, Joshila and cheating Genghis. They are all the same, i know what i am doing.

There's no loophole, Genghis is the manager, he made his prediction before the deadline. End of story, shouldn't matter what the assistant says.

Genghis should have let me know that his prediction must be considered and not Alberto's. It's clearly mentioned that assistants can take part if their head is absent. Alberto didn't wait long enough and submitted his prediction.

In future, we may implement this rule. That if the manager shows up later on then his assistant's earlier prediction gets automatically cancelled. But for now i cannot screw with the existing rules. It is just a matter of common sense, if a team is gonna submit two predictions then at least let me know which one i should cancel. Otherwise i will always pick the first one.

#1. Assistants can take part in the game if their senior is absent. Key point - Assistants can take part. Its none of my business if the assistant doesn't feel like waiting for his senior. I will just take his prediction even if he does it 5 mins after the thread is opened. I just accept whichever prediction comes first.

#2. Genghis didn't realize Alberto had already submitted prediction on behalf of Matchfixers. I will ALWAYS accept the first prediction, there is no rule whatsoever that i will give prference to senior managers. Please do not make things up yourself. There is no such thing. I accept the first prediction and in case of two predictions, it is the responsibility of the managers to let me know which prediction is to be accepted, NOT MINE!
I will ALWAYS accept the first prediction unless i am told to cancel one.

Unnecessary controversy this guys, i would suggest all parties to just move on. I have nothing to gain by denying Genghis 5 points. I am running this game and i know what my rules are. I guess you should show that much faith in me. No point in making use of various loopholes. I agree it doesn't say anywhere that i would take the first pick in case of two entries but it also doesn't say anywhere that the assistant's entry gets automatically cancelled if both of them submit it. If managers were truly aware of what they were doing, they could have simply told me to cancel Alberto's entry. I see no point in making an issue now.

Automatically cancelling assistant's prediction is IMO little insulting and also discourages them from taking part in the competition.

Personally I think the assistant should just be given another entry as himself. It shouldn't be one per team - maybe something to consider for next season.
