Game, set and match LFC.

What a win 4 0 at Leicester.

Easy as you like.

Leicester totally dominated like a schoolboy team. 0-4 could easily have been 0-8.

13 points clear at the top of the table :klopp

... with a game in hand against West Ham, so effectively 16 points...

Come to think of it, if Man City win tomorrow, they would leapfrog Leicester to second, so the lead would be 14 points effectively. Or 15, 16, 14, or 13, depending on the results of the two games in question...

May be today, we can say we have one hand on the Trophy. This is the best I have seen Liverpool play under Klopp; absolute vintage. I don’t think we’ll see such domination by away side in top of the table clash in any top league of Europe. And, this has to be the performance of Boxing Day in EPL era.

LFC also have a +2 goal difference which is incredible when up against a Man City team.

Wolves are home to City tomorrow, they have already bit them to pieces away and will be werewolves against tomorrow.

Sounds good. As a long-suffering Spurs supporter, any Leicester, Man City and Chelsea loss is welcome.

You're American, just change from Spurs to Liverpool, unless you enjoy winning nothing and water board yourself for the extra buzz after the final whistle.

Barely follow football anymore. But wow,.the quality must be real low if the likes of Liverpool are winning a lot. Quality was much better in 2014-16.

Such a switch would reek of opportunism and fair weather fandom, those much-maligned qualities.

Wolverhampton Wanderers told fans they faced prosecution after objects were thrown at Manchester City players during the teams' Premier League match.

After City celebrated Raheem Sterling's opening goal, an announcement told supporters "numerous instances of objects being thrown" had been seen.

One item looked like a metal hip flask.

BBC Radio 5 Live's football correspondent John Murray, at Molineux for Friday's game, said it "could have caused serious damage".

Referee Martin Atkinson gave the object - thrown from the Wolves end behind keeper Rui Patricio's goal - to fourth official Andre Marriner, who informed security.

The incident happened after City had taken a 1-0 lead in an action-packed first half.

Manchester City keeper Ederson was sent off and Sterling then had a penalty saved twice - a retake having been ordered after the video assistant referee punished encroachment from Wolves captain Conor Coady - but the City forward scored from the rebound on the second spot-kick.

The PL has been wrapped up since November when Liverpool beat City. I remember in 14/15 when Chelsea had the league wrapped up by Christmas but this is a Ligue 1 PSG esque domination by Liverpool and it's severly disappointing even for someone who supports a team that isn't even in the title race. The rest of the league is pretty competitive however the gulf in class between Liverpool and everyone else is so big that I'd be surprised if they don't get close, if not become, invincible PL champions.

Brighton 2-0 Bournemouth
Newcastle 1-2 Everton
Southampton 1-1 Crystal Palace
Watford 3-0 Aston Villa

Wolves were a bit lucky to lose today at Anfield. There goal was rightfully given as offside by a whisker where as Liverpool were lucky to be given there one. VVD seemed to handle it at the back before passing to Lallana. It came off his shoulder before Mane put it in. It keeps getting better for the European Champs, Super Cup Champs, World Champs and soon to be English Champs. Awesome times:warner Forget the rest they don't matter just trying to hold on to our coat tails:inzi2
