South Africa (163/6) defeat England (156/6) in a thrilling encounter by 7 runs in Super 8 Group 2 clash of ICC T20 World Cup 2024

Another dumb delivery. Bowling 140 + on a pitch where 140+ deliveries have been hit at 220 + strike rate.

Difference between OZ and SA. OZ kept hitting the pitch with pace variations and made run scoring a nightmare for England.

Rabada was pathetic that over. Pace on or full and slow instead of hard length and slow .

Serious counter attack from Brook and Livingstone.

Didnt think this would happen

Brainless cricket by RSA bowlers bowling juicy speedy deliveries instead of pace off. The match was there to win it easily.

I thought Baartman would be a clever bowler bit all their pacers are crap in this format. Even Coetzee.

England need 25 runs in 18 balls.

Easy win for England from here. 3

So... SAFFERS have CHOKED! as per legal definition

What a choke. Good freaking god SA. You had me hopeful for this tournament

England just did the Baartman!

I can understand if you’re trying to bowl Yorkers you end up bowling full tosses but I don’t understand when you’re trying to bowl length balls, how do you end up bowling full tosses?

England need 25 runs in 16 balls.

Brook only needs 4 sixes and a single

Pace off was what helped England, These boys are the 2nd worst team when it comes to reading the game.

With Pakistan being the worst atm

Pakistan are certainly much better at bowling but suck with the batting part

They are comfortably worse than Pakistan , lol.

Pakistan would have squeezed England on this pitch. Aamir would have been unplayable with his cutters. Naseem naturally hits back if a length etc.

These pacers are absolute *****.

SOmeone might suddenly appear and remind you of Amir's last over.

His name rhymes with Baboon

Rabada and Nortje naturally want to dominate batters with pace and bounce . You can't let your ego take over on such wickets. Just keep executing variations

Aamir had one poor over. These guys have been getting hit like this for some time.

They played a T20 series in the Caribbean and Nortje kept getting smashed like this. Bowling up and down pace and Windies batters slaughtered him and Coetzee.

Ridiculous catch! Catch of the Tournament! It's not even close. Markram might have won the game here with this catch.

Markram may have just won SA the match here and Semi final qualification with that catch

He did the same against Bangladesh on the boundary saving Mahmudullah’s six
