Sir to dhoni bacche ki jaan lega kya!!!Teri shaadi hui pata par mai to kuwara hun!!!!

On crickbuzz
Dhoni persisted with the old ball and that seems to have had some effect on the scoring rate.

Yesterday Jaddu said he will take a five for and silence his critics.

his money is where his mouth is.

I hope India keep their spirits up. If they'd won that opening match (as they should have done) then they'd have enormous motivation to fight for a draw here, but now you can just feel a demoralised batting collapse coming this afternoon.

very probable .

Indias fast bowling atm is what gets a lot of slack but India have never had good seamers. Though they have still been a good team before. Remember good, solid India of the late 90s and early 00s, well now India is a bit like that team without any real spin options. Which erm was never going to end up pretty

Seems to happen a lot when subcontinent sides are touring South Africa/Australia/England. Get into a winning position, but then have a few setbacks and when asked to bat again they lose the plot.

Can't see a collapse. Can see India doing alot better next time around actually.

They invest a lot of mental energy in scoring runs in those countries, almost two innings' worth in one innings.

Hard to give so much again, especially when you've been in the field.

Then again the exact same thing just happened to us in Melbourne. :)) :rondu

Exactly. The mental exertion is just too much to build another solid innings. I predict a collapse but also feel we can draw the test because we have quality batters. SA should go slam bang immediately after lunch. Every over lost is further away from a series win.

It's definitely what's happened to England throughout this Ashes tour! They're not playing their natural game but instead trying to graft it out.

They've given too much, mentally, to Mitchell Johnson and left nothing when facing the rest of the bowlers.

Only good thing is that most of the Indian batting line-up has a lot to prove, which should focus them. And they're young and have no battle scars at yet, so no reason to be afraid.

Good knock by Kallis on his Final Test and SA with the slight lead, they need to extend a bit more.

Agree. I hope the law of averages catch up with Dhawan, Rohit and Dhoni this time.

If it rains for more than half hour, SA should consider declaring right away. No need for meaningless 50 extra runs.

we need quick wickets & rain . Do not see our batsmen surviving in these conditions against Steyn gun & co .
403/7

zaheer gives 12 in first over . take the new ball & get shami in .

:4 Ishant caned through cover by a tailender

Seems like SA have decided to move on, boundaries coming freely now.

Ishant spraying it around and giving away valuable extras

Why doesn't Dhoni take the new ball? Does he not trust his bowlers to take wickets?

SA on the charge. If they take a 120-150 run lead, India better pray on the weather to save them.

Dhoni probably wishes that he could bowl Jadeja from both ends

Perterson playing cameo knock here and Faf will hang around till the end!

I think it will draw we have three tuk tuk player they can stay whole day without scoring

i just checked - shami has bowled just 5 overs today . *%$* is wrong with dhoni !!!

I'm sure Dhoni would have kept the old ball until it looked like a rugby ball

India are the only team in the world who refuse to use DRS so it cannot be overturned
