As for Tendulkar's innings, it was scratchy no doubt. Far from his usual fluent innings, but gotta be one of his very best. You need a bit of luck on a track like this. Even Kallis too was lucky quite a few times in his innings.

As one SA commentator said you're never on this kind of pitch.

Looks like the excuses are being prepared and packaged up in advance for people who predicted that SA would dominate the series. In actuality I think some of the weaknesses of the wonderful SA team have been exposed in these three games, and there is still every chance of India going on to tie or even win the series.

When you score 32000 odd runs, its simple math that most of them will be in non crisis situations.

Its true that there have been a number of occasions where Sachin has scored runs and team has lost, but a team losing cannot be blamed on an individual alone, that was the fault of the whole team.
