I like Bilwal (weird name, is he from Larkana?), skidish, quick seamer, this guy can reverse better as well, investment in him will pay off.. Is he a bowler who can bat? Ideal style of bowler for all rounder spot in limited or test as well...

He looks like a bowler who has wicket taking deliveries... I am not sure how management see him compare to others ?

Firstly Pakistan batting is struggling everyone knows that. With Anwar Ali, Bilawal and Sohail we have a lower order that can hit the ball out of the ground because these 3 have a reputation of being hard hitters in the domestic scene. Secondly it was raining quite heavily all day and the pitch looked pretty green if the fast bowlers had picked up some wickets then Ajmal would not have been needed in any case and everyone would be praising Hafeez. He took a gamble and it didnt work but this is part of captaincy."
