What a fail what is the point of review without having a hot spot.

This is really a joke.

from cricinfo
Joshua from Australia: "These two batsmen are one of only two pairs from any team to have more ODI runs together than SRT does alone - the other pair being Clarke and Ponting. Crazy."

SRt .. ...:D

Has he got a warning running on the pitch?

These wickets require an efficient accumulator in the middle overs.

Shoab Malik who I do not term as genuine batsman in non-subcontental pitches would have done really well at the world cup. Our team needs an accumulator who can work around the slower bowlers for ones and twos effortlessly.

this no Hotspot UDRS is a farce. Its gonna be a failure in the world cup with these stupid angles and no hotspot and snicko. And then BCCI will say see it doesnt work.

What a shame we dont have sinko or hot spot in World Cup. ICC is biggest jerks. No point in Review if u cant see any thing...

hehe the keeper was very confidient on both occasions, but the replays are not conclusive so the benefit of the doubt goes to Mahela.

I feel sorry for canada really, I mean what is the point of this review system do they have hawk eye even or not ???

I think without hotspot, DRS becomes useless! I mean how is the third umpire supposed to determine whether there was a nick on that or not? With these sort of nicks there is never going to be any visibly deviation so, I mean, whats the purpose?

no hot spot, no snicko, a single camera angle without slow motion.

what is the point of review system?

Spinners are key here ....every team should play 2 spinners ...Sri Lanka is rich in this department and they are favorites ....:)

From cricinfo:

24.3
Hansra to Jayawardene, no run, another referral, again it is for Mahela being caught behind, the keeper Bagai is absolutely confident, it was overpitched and outside off, Mahela looks to drive that through the off, ball goes through to the keeper, Bagai called for the referral immediately though one had been turned down recently, Mahela survives again, that's the fifth referral that has backed the umpire's decision, with no supporting tools for the third umpire, not sure how the decision can be overturned

This is not a boring match I'd say. They are trying to save every single run they can. And now this is called positive cricket.

Teams like Bangladesh should look at this whom are so bad after so many years of International cricket.

canada should have learned a lesson from the first review and not wasted their second referral.

review should only used for lbw and stumping/runouts.

does canada get two more referrals when they bat?

I guess there are 3 reviews per match per team.

2 review for batting and 2 for bowling separately ....

Instead of kenya ICC cud hav had 2 pakistan teams one current and one with players who have been left out of squad for no real reasons! Lol

You don't need review for stumping/run-outs.
