therealAB has added his selection to MRR:

Clarrie Grimmett

shamaan next.

A couple of left-handed bowlers:

Hedley Verity and Wasim Akram

Gentle tap back to ARK Rafay

Shikhar Dhawan. Great record at home as an opener.
Ab Fan your turn.

I pick the legendary 65 averaging Australian batsman also known for bowling some harmless off spin:

Marnus Labuschagne

Waiting for him to see how he performs in Asia. Good record in Australian and English soil though

Might have to wait for therealAB's next pick given that it's late night in Australia.

Don't think I have to pre-empt today as 4 more turns are left before mine. I will directly pick when I wake up in morning

An important question this, and one we need consensus on: is the limit for the span of each team 100 or 99?

That one year could make a huge difference for most teams at the end.

According to the original rules, it is 99.

"Test XI for a match to be played in India
Cumulative career span of team: less than 100 years"

I have planned for 100 years if its going to be based around 99 can we change it to months for example 1 year 6 months should be not 2 years.

Keep it 100. 100 is a round figure and also getting majority here

Ben Foakes, and possibly the best bowler to come out of Australia, well according to Donald Bradman at least, Tiger O'Reilly.

Dab back to ARK Rafay.

I pick Michael Clarke, who played a special knock of 151 in Bangalore on debut and a 130 odd in Chennai on a turner.

A bit of left arm spin too.

Root at 4, Clarke at 5 and AB at 6 with gloves on completes my middle order.

I had him in my list :mv Thought everyone has looked passed him

Interesting pick. Even I was having Rashid Khan in plans too

same, he was in my plans too but couldnt pull trigger given his lack of experience in long format cricket. i was hoping others would think the same and i could swoop in if i was stuck for a shorter career player. alas not

I had less chance to pick Rashid Khan anyways as my 4 main bowlers are done and having Rashid would have weakened batting a bit. Let's see whom I get to pick in remaining turns
