"England have been very cocky"

-:warne

Legend. He's not having any of it. :))

England bowling hasn't looked impressive so far. When will Strauss bring Swann on?

:four

CRACK! smashed down the ground by Watto, lovely shot.

:four for Twatto, straight down the ground. The White Irfan is being hammered.

Another 4 ball there

Watson frustrated at missing out

Nothing over that, just floaty stuff. We'll give him the benefit for now, first over and all. :inzi

Shane Watson really does have an exceptionally pretty straight/cover drive. No homo.

No homo? I didn't know gays were into cricket shots as well as men.

:gul

Damn when did Ponting average go that low? I remember once he reached almost 60.

Ha, it's like when we had :warne

I just used to sit around waiting for the great man.

I'm enjoying :warne commentary so far. Shame Tony Greig is talking about twice as much as he is with half the sense.

Bowling some good bouncers here, swing has pretty much gone.

Watching Katich bat makes my eyeballs bleed. Oh well, still very effective.

:warne: I don't have much body hair, especially on the back

Bill Lawry: Thankfully thats the end of the over

:)))

good delivery from Finn. come on lad, you need to bowl well today.

England's bowling just isn't good. Swann is but the rest are dire.

Broad is average, Anderson is very good at home. Finn doesn't look like a great prospect.

I'm sick of England just sticking with these fast bowlers. They're all domestic bullys, the English conditions are probably the best bowling conditions in the world.

Broad is terrible. Doesn't even average under 30 at home.

Until England start to select fast bowlers that can prove themselves home and away, England will never get to no.1. It's so frustrating really.

Finn was smashed about by :butt, I think he's the big weak link here.

there you go Finn, keep it there!

pitched up, inside edge squirts away to square leg.

England bowling has been surprisingly economical, but unthreatening. eek.

I'm enjoying :warne commentary so far. Shame Tony Greig is talking about twice as much as he is with half the sense.

I'm not always certain Tony is watching the same game as me. I have seen him get Gilchrist and Steve Waugh mixed up. ***?

First good ball by Finn. Played well by Katich though.

Should give Swann an over before drinks, just to see whats on offer for him in the wicket and if Aus want to attack.

*** why aren't we drowning out those drunken Poms singing God Save The Queen with a rousing version of Waltzing Matilda???

Most of the movement has also dried out right now

Jimmy averages 57 against Aus with a strike rate of 91

:)))

These conditions will test the pommie bowlers. It wont be easy as knocking over pakistan for less than 150 in swing friendly conditions.
